It is like one of those Agatha Christie dramas - all being picked off one by one until the final intended victim !! ?

Partick Thistle Alan Archibald (longest serving manager in the spfl) sacked Isn't Jim McInally at Peterhead the longest serving manager? Well whilst i'm here i'll put my tuppence in, for what's it's worth. Yet to see a game this season due to work/travelling distance and had thought that my first opportunity would be next Saturday but it turns out we have no game.......perhaps a blessing in disguise for me, although it will mean the first game I will see will be away at Peterhead, dreading it already. (ETA just thought of a possible Formartine replay, assuming they don't beat us first time round) Given the comments on here and the run of results, I am absolutely amazed this man is still in the position of manager. Sadly I really can't see things changing because we just cannot afford to pay him off and Brogan probably thinks he is doing the best with the funds provided so probably has no plans to go anywhere. I think that if anything is to change it is going to be through a resignation rather than a sacking. The results over the previous 2 weekends were against teams who have struggled at the beginning of this campaign, what's encouraging about that? I would've expected us to be able to compete against these teams anyway. Nothing more than a smoke screen. As I said, I thought that the first opportunity to see the team was going to be next Saturday and by that date I was hoping I would've been able to say 'I never saw an Albion Rovers game under John Brogans reign'. I'm still hopeful I can still lay claim to that by the time the Peterhead game comes around.

Oh dear Aldo.. as one who lives 300 miles away this is the comment I got......"Easy to come on here and put the boot in from afar. At least I go to the games. As Jimmy Sandison used to say. Were you at the game? In fact, when were you last at a game. "
Don`t disagree with a word of what you have said BTW.

I've been keeping tabs on Pravda the message board but have not made much comments over the past few months for the simple reason that I've not seen a game and just couldn't be ar$ed having to justify myself following likely replies of "but you weren't there so how dare you comment" easier to keep quiet, but seeing as the consensus on here now seems to be for Brogan to go I think I am safe to air my view without the worry of the ARFC KGB bursting through my door.

Stevie Wonder can see this A Stubbs - ruined a winning side by signing mediocre. The Livi defeat saw to this All lovely but nothing to do with our current situation.

My comments are in contempt at an absentee fan (and others) with a Walter Mitty complex who constantly slates the board who are trying to keep the club going. Promises so much, delivers nothing worthwhile. What does he want on the board? Another Devlin? The fagans? Do tell. Enlighten us with your wonder plan or give it a rest.

All these managers are no longer in their jobs while our manager who has 1 win from 14 and has a team who have conceded 40 goals is somehow still there I find it amazing he's still in a job 5 of those managers are out because they havnt been doing good enough all

I actually can’t believe that he hasn’t been sacked or resigned. If he’s refusing to do the honourable thing, the BoD should be acting now. It’s only going to get worse. Backbone required.
