Should be as easy as that Sam. Send me your details via a pm and I'll arrange things.
I have had 3 other enquiries today all of which I am prepared to give shares to ..perhaps Robert or another shareholder will match my gesture to long standing fans to allow them to have shares and a say in the club.
For information, Eddie and myself have transferred shares to more than a dozen fans in the last year without a fanfare but in a genuine attempt to give them a say in the club's running. To date I think Robert has made one share transfer this year.

Robert, if the offer to match the amount is still is open I would like to take you up on it - of course I am more than happy to pay for them? Many Thanks

Hi , Sorry for my ignorance but as far as the shares being transferred to supporters is this on offer to all the supporters or just a select few that know or are known to the currant board. Myself and my family have been supporters of the club for a long time and i know how much a share or shares in the club would mean to us .

Terry, the idea was simply to allow those without shares to gain a small number to entitle them to attend and vote at an AGM and to receive copies of the accounts. It was/is not intended to double an amount to one individual. Sorry, as you are now able to attend the AGM I will not be transferring any to you.
As Ronnie says, Jim Arbuckle made contact with me and was then given 5 by Ronnie, which I subsequently copied by giving 5 to Daniel Mossie (he just happened to be the first non-shareholder I met after Ronnie confirmed that Jim had been given 5). Jim and Daniel both made a small donation to the club's coffers in return.
Before that, Prorege made contact with me (the only other person to do so), but after explaining the gist of my offer I heard nothing further.
Prorege, if Ronnie or Eddie give you a small number then I will reciprocate by selecting A N Other worthy to receive some.
I have to contradict Ronnie regarding shares that I have transferred. Notwithstanding my offer referred to above, Andy and Mary Allen have both received shares from me in recent times, as a small show of gratitude for the sterling fundraising done over many years. Ian Benton also received a small number due to his largesse in supplying the 'refreshments' in the Boardroom over a number of years. None of this has been as a result of particularly close friendships or what somebody might perceive as cronyism, but as a thank you for deeds done for the Rovers.
I'm glad to hear that Ronnie is spreading his shares amongst the fans. As he received his block of shares to enable him to join the ARFC BOD as the Supporters Trust Representative (you needed a minimum of 160 at that time), it is fitting that he should now be spreading those out amongst the other Trust members, as it is no longer a requirement to own shares to be a director of the club.
Well done Ronnie!!!!

As a new member to the forum, will chip in with my tuppence worth. Should any share transfer not be passed to ACTIVE members of the supporters trust / volunteers who are PROACTIVELY trying to improve the club?
Again an informal agreement could be reached that if they leave this position - that they will pass on their own shares and "stewardship" / interest in the club to new Trust Members. ( I recognise that negligible amounts in the grand scheme of things.
I would again add that posting on a forum is NOT being proactively involved in a club or community organisation of any type - and would not in my eyes merit any shares in an organisation.
