We have to get something from today. It's as simple as that. Perhaps the new signings will inject some life into the squad. I've seen QP this season and was really not impressed by them. I will go 1-1 and then set my stop watch for how many nano seconds it is before The Prof/Jimbo get their tambourines out and start calculating how many points we are off a play off place. Too right!

Not sure how much you've seen of the Rovers this season Tommy but probably fair to say they're not that impressive either. The 3-0 doing we got from QP at Cliftonville was a particular low in a season where there's plenty of choice. The 2-0 at Hampden earlier was marginally less worse. QP went 2-0 up and then coasted from there. Good to see a few new players in. No idea what they'll be like. They could, in theory, be even worse than what we've got but even if they are it won't make the league position any different. Nice day for a game of football. Been saving hard for the customary pie and tea at full-on National stadium prices. And no wee Gus to kick water bottles all over the place. Won't be the same without him.

QP stopped playing at 2-0 that day at Hampden. One of my memories that day was looking at the dug outs. Gus McPherson 2-0 up, 3 points in the bag on the touch line barking orders and going mental, then there was Brogan sitting down not a word to be said.

Looks like another couple of trialists in the line up today.

Well done to Jaydee for helping the 2 QP players who clashed heads. Looked well nasty. He didn't have to do that.

Rovers should of won this game today, but I take the point, only 7 points behind Berwick rangers now.

So..................... we looked like a proper football team today. What can I say, didn't really see that coming.
At the risk of incurring young Jack's wrath, Wharton was badly at fault for the 2nd QP goal. He does like to attempt a Hollywood pass. Every time ffs.
Outside of that we were great today. Had chances at 2-1 and 2-2 to finish it but it wasn't to be.
Keep that going and it'll be an interesting second half of the season.
Well done to Kevin and his team. A few more half decent signings and we might just have a few more things to be cheerful about. Even me.

Great Rovers support today. Great performance 1st half. Backs to wall 2nd half. Silly mistake from Bryan Walden to give ball away led to their 2nd goal. However, Bryan was excellent for Rovers other than this hiccup.
That's two matches we should and could've won. Aaargh.
Onwards and upwards.
Coupon busters ARFC.
