Would love to know the answer to this also I don't think it ever truly existed. Maybe in one or two people's heads but it would never have seen light of day anyway. Eddie is steering the ship in a prudent way and barring any unforseen icebergs we should steer our way to staying in Div 2 next season. Apologies for the pubs I'm getting sea sick now. Last word. I was most impressed by the support for our board last night. Up the Rovers. Peter

We are bottom of the league, points behind and not won any games under the new manager. Where are you seeing us guaranteed survival?

Don't think Peter said it was guaranteed - but surely even a blind man must agree that we are in a better position to survive than we were a couple of months back. We are adding players and improving the squad week on week. Last week was a setback for sure - but there's still 16 games to play and every chance of catching Berwick.

Everyone is saying there is improvement and squad improving but the main thing missing, we still haven’t won a game. We can do all the pretty stuff but unless there’s games getting won then all the improvement that is being spoken off means nothing at the end of the day.

It could be argued that the team might be better now than a few months ago but they are still not good enough to win a game of football. The key points are this: 1. How likely are we to finish 9th? I'd say unlikely 2. If we finish bottom, how likely are we to beat East Kilbide or Cove Rangers over 2 games? again I'd say unlikely.
This is now time to take the blinkers off. Can anyone there last night confirm what plans are in place should we go down??

Agree with the recent points. Rock bottom but there are people happy with the situation. In fairness to Kev he has moved players out and brought his own in. However if progress isn't made by end of Feb then 10th it is.
Good points by arfcdm. Given there isn't a plan at the moment I suspect there isn't one if we go down.

Absolutely no-one is happy about the team being bottom: can you name one person who has expressed happiness about it? This thread is about the AGM.

The club said they had plans back in October and were rounded on by people on this forum that it was disgraceful that they should have plans in place for the Lowland League. SomIndoibt very much that a few months on that they won’t have plans now.

SomIndoibt very much that a few months on that they won’t have plans now. The club in October had a budget for going down. That's only a part of a plan. Since we are real close to the abyss it would be worth knowing if there is a genuine plan JD. A plan that brings us back up in one season not like East Stirling. However I'm not convinced the bank will allow us to spend a season in the lower leagues. Unless another telephone mast is found 😉

It is an AGM thread but there were some football points being made. I wasnt there last night either so some good questions were being asked. And before Ginty pops up, I really wasnt there.

Unless another telephone mast is found 😉 Well as someone looking in, it would seem like common sense to me that if a club has planned and budgeted for the worst case scenario then that would be part of a bigger plan, no? Again I go back to my original point that when the club informed fans that they had a budgeted plan for the worst case scenario they were rounded on, I now suspect that those who were rounding were a part of or at least were being seduced by the non existent coup. It can be the only reason for seeing the BOD pre-planning for all eventualities as a negative. I would also suggest that most clubs in League 2 (outside Peterhead and perhaps Clyde) have a plan in place should the unthinkable happen.

So what were the plans back then and do they still apply? Surely no team/business on the planet would have their agm potentially 3 months before relegation from the professional leagues and its not discussed or no one asked a question about it? From my point of view we had no money last year and we were gathering a squad from public parks as a result. Unless I'm wrong we stand to lose a lot of money from the SFA and gate money should we go down. How are we going to gather/fund a squad? and is it feasible we would ever return to the main leagues again given the spending and ambition shown by some of the teams in the lowland league. Were these types of questions asked? If so what happened and if not that's fine also, someone there can at least say no one talked about it. For the record I'm not wanting relegation, but given our last win came in September 18, and Brogan left 20th October 18 I'm struggling to see where this run of form is coming from.

If we can beat Berwick in few weeks we’ve got a chance.
They’re in free fall and if not for the 2 wins v us it would be a 1 point game
