Like many Rovers fans, I suspect, I’m starting to lose track of exactly who we’ve signed and who we’ve released since the transfer opened on Ne’erday.
If anybody out there has been keeping tabs on all the comings and goings, please enlighten the rest of us.
Cheers Bill

I’d put Gary Phillips back out the door. Looks like he’s put on the beef and can barely move now.
Plenty of shouting from him but this was mostly down to his bad passing decisions and not being able to move into positions, so to take the heat off himself he gave his other teammates pelters for his wrong doings.

Give him a chance, will take a few games to get match fit. Was never the best player but will be an improvement. Wasnt at game but imagine a hard game to judge him on being down to 10 so long.

Ginty, he should be fit. He was playing every week for Berwick.... As I said his yelling at fellow teammates was all to take the heat off his poor passing and poor fitness. It was everyone else’s fault and not his from what I seen.

I always felt he was an honest pro but if he’s left Berwick because he couldn’t get in team then he must be done because Berwick are every bit as bad as us

FFS, let’s give the guy a chance. At his best, he’s way better than most of what we have, and he’ll be an important player in the run in.

He left Berwick as he had a big fallout with the manager

I forgot with you, you aren’t allowed to have any sort of opinion unless it’s all singing all dancing in rovers favour. Unfortunately, I ain’t those types and say it how I see it (might be right, might be wrong). Phillips knows the surroundings, knows the pitch so that should have been a breeze for him yesterday. Unfortunately he didn’t look any better than what we have and looked massively unfit compared to the other guys in the team. As I’ve previously stated, in my opinion his yelling at his new teammates was a cover up for his short comings. He played a pass to the no7 who was looking to get in behind the Stirling defence, Phillips should have carried the ball but it was like hot potato due to his lack of fitness and he played the pass short then proceeded to have a serious go at him for a few mins.

I heard another Rovers fan complaining about Phillips coming on and shouting the odds at other players. I didn't have a problem with it . There has been far to much of a quiet acceptance on and off the field the last year which culminated in relegation last year .

The thing is Bucky, as soon as anyone steps out and speaks out what is deemed negative towards the club or the players then they are swiftly rounded up and shots fired and that person will be quickly singled out. At this club, you aren’t allowed to have any sort of opinion unless it’s all singing dancing towards ARFC.

But the shouting needs to be at the right time and not be for his own short comings.
