Sad but has to be asked. I say yes reluctantly. (Should have read Go or Stay by the way, rogue autocorrect on my phone!)

Personally I think he will walk. He would not have been aware of the full extent of the shambles we were when he took over.
It's barely changed since his appointment.

Results say dismissed. Reality, BoD wont have anyone else in mind and will hope he stays. And yes, I think a different poll is also required. 😉

Different poll? Could always start one! :-D Majority seem, at the moment anyway, to be in favour of him staying which is understandable given how late it is in the season.

Only thing that should concern the BOD is can he win those 2 play off games. Reputations and hurting feelings shouldn’t play a part in anyone’s thoughts now.

Wow the doomers and gloomers are on the boil, give Kevin a break, he has had to change a squad quite dramtaically in mid season, in mid season, takes time for players to gel, give them a break.

Time is rapidly running out if not gone and we have no one to score goals. An eighteen year old no matter how good hardly fits the bill. Also have come to the conclusion that I must be getting it about right because one minute I'm a happy clapper and the next a doom monger!

Sorry Nanook but one thing we don't have is time. Kevin is a lovely guy and under different circumstances may have been able to do a job for Rovers but you have to ask yourself one question.
Have we significantly improved as a team since Kevin's appointment ? Hand on heart I would love to say yes but have we ?
There has been baby steps forwards but always followed by major steps backwards.
I thought when he was appointed that it was too late to catch Berwick and said so but what I was hoping for was to see us at least take 3 points off one or two of the bottom 4 teams. It's never happened.
It does take time for players to settle but we need warriors at this stage and there is no indication we have that. One or two signings show some promise but that's about it.
I would never ordinarily advocate for change mid season but by keeping KH in place we are probably not only damaging ourselves but him as well. These are extraordinary times.
Would love the guy to prove me wrong.

Its simple. We are out of time. What we have is what we're stuck with. Need to grit teeth, close eyes, cross fingers, pray, wear the same pants.......whatever works for us as individuals to hope we have enough in the locker to get through a play off. Sadly i fear i already know the answer.

How long do you think he should get Nanook...? Is he the right guy to lead us into the play offs? Yes, he has changed the squad dramatically, but his record is as bad (worse ?) as John Brogan`s and remember Brogan started with only Fish as a signed player.

Results are still cr@p, like the team really except for one decent performance away to QP since KH took over. Yeah he took on the gig and maybe he did underestimate the level of talent at his disposal but we weren't bottom of the league with a handful of points for no reason. And he's not daft.
It wasn't an inspired appointment for me but in the circumstances and with the budget available could anyone have done much better? Well, we'll never know. Building a team in the summer is hard enough but trying to do it in January with half a sh1t squad already in place and with little or no cash is asking for a miracle. And we're way out of those.
Having said that, bringing in more weans and hoping for the best doesn't smack of the best in decision making but let's face it - who in their right mind would jump at the chance to join the Rovers now in our predicament and be forever remembered as being part of the squad that was relegated from the SPFL? And for the no doubt terrible money we are offering. We've got to find a wee gem from somewhere so at least he's trying.
For me we look more like a football side than we ever did under Brogan. Albeit just a marginally less cr@p one. There are times when I watch the games now - usually the first 15 minutes - when I think we could compete and again I never really felt that under Brogan.
On balance then I'd like to see KH continue to bump the dead wood and replace with a few absolute b@stards on short term deals until the end of the season. Just get a first 11 assembled for the play offs that can scare the sh1t out of a no doubt over confident EK side and give them something to keep them awake at night.
Best we can hope for in my opinion. But as far as KH goes, I think there is a half decent coach there. Given his back story this might be one of the few chances he gets. I can't see him walking away from it. And I don't blame him for this f*ckin shambles.
Now where's my tambourine? Altogether now: "Kumbaya........"

when we brought in Kevin harper I thought it because he had the contacts to draw in some players with a bit of experience but we have just drafted in more and more kids nothing has changed. Only a Paul Martin figure could save us someone with a never say die attitude who knows how to get the best out of players

Absolute last throw of the dice on Saturday for KH. Anything less than a win and he’s got to be out the club by 4:50pm either by resigning or being sacked. Then it’s full focus on finding someone who can organise and motivate us for 2 games, cause as it stands we are just plodding nearer and nearer the Lowland league with every passing week. If he can’t beat that Berwick team at home and the club stand by him then as fans we might as well not bother cause everyone can see the writing on the wall.
