Dumb comment Jordo, sober up - personal insults to folk in charge aren't the way forward right now. Ah, so if one expresses an opinion, there must be alcohol involved? Absolute rubbish Jordo. You use a lot of fancy language however the point is, all you do is constantly denigrate the folk in charge of the Club with absolutely no alternative suggestions as to how you'd run the club when you "take over". How many matches have you been to this season???

How many matches have you been to this season??? The thing is, Prof, I don’t. Anything I’ve said is based on fact and the cold, hard statistics suggest that, when it comes to footballing matters, the past few BoDs have been clueless. Fancy language? Okay. Would you rather I dumbed things down? I have been to less matches than you this season. I must be a woeful supporter who cherry-picks what games I want to go to.

Prof, there is nothing jordie is saying that isn't true. Dumbed down we are garbage, the last two seasons have been hellish, three dire managers in a row and heading to the lowland league. The board will soon have achieved what the football heirarchy and big boys have been trying to do for years. Get us out of the league and possibly out of football altogether. Jordie is a true rivers fan just like the rest of us and in the same boat as most of us. Little we can do except watch our club being destroyed with no way to do anything except voice our opinions on here and at games.

If you are not interested in Cliftonhill100, fine, move along, find a relevant thread and chat there.
I am interested in Cliftonhill100, can this thread be for that?

We are interested in everything to do with the club but how will we be able to celebrate the ground centenary if the ground is locked up with a for sale sign on it?

One of the main events to be organised to mark the centenary event will be a Family Football Festival on Sunday 15 September 2019 involving 7 a side games a with teams from P6/P7 pupils from Coatbridge primary schools. It would be great if we could get a team from all or most of our local primaries. Schools will be approached soon and I am asking readers of this forum if they have contact with a local primary/primaries that they encourage the school to take part.
Thanks
