Ha ha. Just watched that interview Chris.Β What a total plonker - talked a load of bollocks!! The talk of a condemned manΒ Why are we bothering with Berwick? We need to focus on ourselves first. We are million miles from safety and could still get relegated very easily Bang on Bucky but an unexpected point just like the Unexpected Journey and that turned out okay π

All our efforts should now be focussed on Edinburgh City. Forget what might happen to Berwick at Clyde. We have the fate of our future in our own hands and should not allow that advantage to slip by the rants of John Harvey/the SPFLs decision on Clyde/nor our captains indiscipline. Let the 11 men on show over the next 3 games give us the performance we are yearning for - for this generation and for future generations.

Yep, it's a big one next week. Hope we get a good crowd to cheer the team on to victory, which we can certainly do.

It's certainly building up to the big one against Berwick. I did not think we could have been as close at this stage given the past several months. A result and points next week would help but I feel 3 points at Berwick is a must. So, it depends on how many Rovers fans turn up to Berwick to be the 12th man π

That is me cheered up Jimbo. We should be focusing on our next game which is a real toughie against a team who have us on their mantelpiece and although have been stuttering of late they are in last chance saloon with the championship. We can't afford to be delighting in Berwick's misery. We lose focus we could be bottom of the league by this time next week.

Bucky, don't lose sight of the fact that we could als be bottom of the league by this time tomorrow. We can but hope that sense prevails and we go into Saturday's game in our current position, but this is most decidedly squeaky bum time.

Yip, haven't forgotten about that and it is the SFA we will be dealing with here. How they will square this particular circle will be interesting say the least.

Watched the match from opposite the main stand, could not work out what was wrong to start with. The pitch is higher in the middle and then slopes off to either wing, hard to see what was going on over on the far side.
Absolute battling performance for the 96-97 minutes of play, where did all that injury time come from?
First half pretty even, don't remember either gpalie neing troubled particularly, but a lot of honest hard work in midfield and defence, 0-0.
2nd half more of the same, for about 10 minutes, then they sent on McAllister and Peterhead became a much better side. Faster, used the wings more, more direct as in running at defenders, Rovers were now under pressure. Having said all of that, I did think Rovers had weathered the storm but then that they scored, I thought he goal came a little out of the blue. Peterhead went for a second goal.
PJ made 3/4 cracking saves, Lewis cleared one off the line, Lewis and Bryan were both bery busy in the centre of the defence, team were grafting.
Slowly Rovers got back into match, started to put on a bit of pressure, particularly down left side with Ross, Gary and Declan combining well. Peterhead were bringing a lot of players back so they must have felt there was a threat. 90+2, Rovers got a shy, long throw was headed out of the penalty area to Smart, on edge of the box, and he smashed it, possibly miscued it, keeper moved in right direction but must have been blinded by the defenders, ball hit back of net, cue Rovers team and supporters going daft.
Almost straight after, Smart played a good pass in the penalty area to Declan who would have been in on the keeper on the 6 yard box but a defender just, just got it away, ohhhh!
Injury time seemed to go on forever but finally the ref blew up. Great point, great show from the 11, Moreno got a sore one, hope he is OK by Saturday, went off in 90+4, replaced by Brian Ross.
After QP match splended performance and Rovers got their late reward.
Onwards and upwards.

We've been through it this season and the shoe is now on the other foot so allow us a wee chuckle!
