SFA Appeal Outcome
Mon, 15th Apr 2019 6:35pm
The club has this evening received the determination of the SFA Judicial Panel following the appeal hearing which took place on Friday 12th April, in respect of the sanction imposed by a sub-committee of the SPFL Board on 8th March.
The appeal has been dismissed by the SFA Panel. Consequently, the original sanction of the annulment of two Ladbrokes League 2 results, 3-0 outcomes recorded in favour of the opponents and a £1,500 fine (£1,000 suspended) stands.

Brilliant news.
Let's get a win on Saturday and put this league survival to bed.

We shouldn't be concerning ourselves or laughing at other clubs, merely focusing on ourselves. Aye right, ha ha ha ha ha...

Common sense and fair play have emerged from the appeal. It looks like we have emerged from the ashes of a horrendous campaign and now have a genuine chance of staying up.
But that's all it is. A chance. Nothing is done and dusted and our need for a victory is paramount.
I'm not even looking at Berwick. Four points required from the next 2 games for me and then an almighty effort in our last home game.
Still a lot of hard work to be done.
That was fantastic point at Peterhead and never in a million years could I see that coming after the QP debacle.
It proves there is something in this team to come up with a result like that.
Our best chance of survival for me is to finish 9th.If we end up in the play offs I don't see us coming out of that as victors.

If Berwick don't win on Saturday a win at Berwick would keep us safe. With our superior goal average (!) A draw would probably be enough.

I do have a degree of sympathy for Berwick here as they have been penalised by the incompetence of Clyde.
That sympathy dissolves a bit when I see them sticking their tuppenceworth behind Clyde's statement though.
Ideal scenario we stay up and stay up by more than 3 points. A big ask. Berwick may feel spurred on by a sense of injustice.
