East Kilbride have shown us that they’re far from invincible. I’m guessing 1-1 with Vers winning the extra point on penalties.

Even allowing for their pedestrian start to the season St Mirren are still a Premier League side and will be hurting and determined to hit someone soon - We need to be on our top game and believe we can get something from this game if we approach it with the right mindset - 3-2 home win - we have a great opportunity !

It does highlight that we played well against East Kilbride, taking a draw off St Mirren was great for EK, from the EK Rovers highlights I thought we looked really comfortable against EK, and could have won much more comfortably.
OK, Dunfermline horsed us but at the same time we had 4 reasonable chances which had they gone in might have made for a completely different game.
So, I think we could win, lose or draw, depends what Rovers turn up, and what St Mirren turn up.
So, short of saying I have no idea, I am going for a win on penalties for Rovers!

Unlucky Rovers were tonight. If St.Mirren lost they could have had no complaints. Respect to the supporter who i criticised earlier, he was quieter in the second half.

Well played Rovers - unlucky in the end. Some difference in the performance from last week. Rovers hit the bar and St.Mirren had a gaol chopped off, nothing and I mean that ! nothing between the teams, young keeper looks very capable and had a great match. Penalties were a lottery with the ref booking both keepers for saving pens whilst off their lines... what a stupid rule. Smart and Brian missed. St.Mirren pen hit the post and bounced off keeper and rolled in.... Roll on Sat... could finish bottom or joint top ! ha ha.

Thought the guys played very well tonight against a Premiership side. We had a few chances throughout the game & defended very well too. Another point on the board. Onwards to Saturday 😁😁

A good reaction after the Dunfermline match against a poor st mirren. Unlucky not to get a win with the one that hit the bar but a fair result. Thought keeper was solid and should keep his place ahead of the others. A win on Saturday would be a great boost for the league campaign. Still think we need a poacher though.

Looking at the table, we can't qualify, so opportunity for Mgt to give the wider squad a run, especially as we play Edinburgh City relatively soon in the league.
Always double check. A Dunfermline win, a Rovers win, could give Rovers a shout at one of the four best runners up places, but that involves the results from every other group and every match on Saturday, so many possibilities, just don't think it is on.

Think our goal average after the 6-0 would scupper it but you never know. Ending second in the group above St Mirren would be an achievement though.
