Absolutely shocking-no hiding place today. We were dismal in every aspect of our play.Smart is a disgrace-only interested in himself, and no heart to put himself about, and go and challenge for a header.Scally has to start next week,as is technically proficient, and offers a threat going forward at all times.2 new centre halves needed to challenge with Lewis for their places. Can we not hold onto the ball and work it to create situations,as opposed to lumping it needlessly up the park?.Byrne and East need to start next week with Scally in behind.

Frustrating as we lost to a poor team who rarely troubled our goal - ironic that it was veteran Paul McManus who scored - probably their most dangerous player on show today. Seen this so often in the past when we start a season looking good come a cropper against a so called weaker side who recently offloaded their manager. Need to be more creative in getting to unlock teams who hold a tight defensive formation - looked lost the longer the game went on. Still early doors and probably most teams in this league will take points of each other - Cove a possible exception. Lets hope were are not so sterile against Stirling !
I think we could've won this match handsomely if our first couple of near misses had went in. So disappointed with Smart and maybe I am focusing too much on this lad but, please don't call me a racist. For the record one of my closest friends is from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Cannot believe those in authority standing nearby didn't say intervene. Some people can say what they like at Cliftonhill and its becoming rather tiresome. Smart (that's his name and that's what I called him) was good in 1st half but almost posted missing in the 2nd half. Cannot believe Kevin Harper started him over Declyn Byrne. Bryan Wharton had a very mixed game too. Great to see Will Graham start the match and Daniel Scally was amazing when he came on. My MoM would've been Sean Fagan. So disappointing following so much hope after the first two matches. Attendences are shocking too. Maybe less than 200 Rovers fans. Sometimes days like this make you want to take up another hobby on a Saturday.
Still believing. Only just.

Peter, absolutely no one thinks you are a racist but if a player, any player, deserves criticism on the grounds of their on field performance, then witholding that criticism because of his race is wrong.
Well hey ho we’ve lost two games and it’s all Smart’s fault. One of the key players who saved the club from oblivion last season all of a sudden is not a team player . Some of the comments are utterly ridiculous.
That was this years version of Albion Rovers v Berwick. Two rank rotten teams on display today and based on that won’t be a surprise if it’s 9th and 10th in the league for us two. Some real dreadful performances in amongst that and unfair to highlight just one.
I recognise what Smart brought to the table last season and saved us from oblivion. For that,I am eternally grateful, but he is a liability at present. No heart in his game-frightened to be physically involved.
Dominated the early part of the game then just ran out of ideas. I’m sure the manager must be telling them that if a team sits in you need to be patient. Needless lumping the ball into the defence which contained giants at the back is just nonsense. Agreed Osalador was poor today, looked out of sorts and low on confidence. In his defence I think his game is about pace and getting in behind players. Not just him tho the movement from the other front guys was very poor as well. Big Wilson had a poor game his distribution was rotten and he had a big hand in their goal by failing to cut out the ball. Hey we have 4 points more than we had this time last season so heads up guys
