I know it's a bit early to say this but, will the game be on if we get a few more minus degree nights...

Sadly I can't be there this weekend but traditionally this fixture brings up a lot of bad feeling between the supporters that both Clubs can do without.
We all know what a mental tug of war this game produces for The Prof when the 2 loves of his life lock horns so we have a solution which will hopefully see the teams and fans behave with true Corinthian spirit.
Prof will watch the 1st half with the Rovers fans and for the 2nd half join his Section B friends in the Airdrie end.
Here's hoping for a cracking Cup tie and may the best team win.
Well done Prof.

Having had a family foot in both camps, I hope for a close game, but being big Rovers fans, will go 2-1 Rovers, with a late goal by Euan East

If we continue to show the same spirit from the last 2 matches, and go in with nothing to lose and not let Airdrie set the pace - we can achieve something 3-2 !

Seriously if Rovers play the way they did on Saturday we will win this out the park. Ho Ho Ho Peter We lost on saturday, we played better but in the end was the same result, missed opportunities and poor defending cost us They are on a great run of 5 wins out the last 6 league games We have won 1 in the last 6 which is the worst form in the division, even brechin have better form, as well as a win v the literal worst team in Britain at the second attempt after an embarrassing home draw No chance of an upset here without some major changes to both sides

Not going to make a prediction but our performances over the last 2 games suggest we will make a fight of it. It would be great if we had a good percentage of the crowd backing the Rovers. We've played Airdrie a good number of times over the last eight seasons and even at home we are always outnumbered. It would be great if we could redress that balance on Saturday.
