Every week I don’t think it can get any worse and every week I’m amazed that it can. Tried to think positively when we went down that it was a chance to reset and get ourselves in order before we had a good go at going back up but the reality is we are going nowhere and this is us down here for the long haul. Worrying times ahead for us and the novelty of new teams to play and places to go has well and truly worn off. This is absolutely dreadful.
Merry Christmas everyone. I’m off to crack open the Baileys we were saving for Christmas Day.

Just out of interest where do you go if you get relegated from the Lowland League? West of Scotland Football League. Premier League. www.wosfl.co.uk/standingsForDate/74322304/2/-1/-1.htmlThe league below that - Division 1 is where Kilwinning Rangers play - they are sitting 5th in that league. They outplayed us and easily won 3 nil a few weeks ago... First 20 mins was probably the worst we've played all season - and that is saying something ! You have to wonder..... Anyway Cowdenbeath could have been 3 up. They deserved their victory, although we did improve and hit the bar. I recently watched a Sunday league - Coatbridge & Airdrie Sunday AFL match Coatbridge Cowboys v Tricolorful FC. I kid you not. Not much difference in skill level tbh.

Honestly my heart goes out to the fans that are watching this every week. Best fans you could ever get but being completely short changed just now. Dreading playing East Kilbride.

Cowdenbeath's goal was well created and their shot that hit the post was decent too. Rovers hit the bar and were unlucky with a diving header. But the standard on display is nowhere near good enough.
Hardest job of the day went to whoever was tasked with picking man of the match.
EK will be able to go on a week-long festive bender and still be 6 points better off by this time next Saturday.
I have no clue where we go from here. Maybe I should be manager - looks like something I've got in common with Sandy.

Dreadful. The most insipid squad ever to wear the rovers colours. Only the keeper and Kasa get pass marks today. Who voted for tub of lard Paton as man of the match and what were you on! Whatever it was can we all have some!

Utter disaster. Alex McCaw was my player of the match, but everyone else looked totally lost. Horrendous performance. Cowdenbeath thoroughly deserved to win. A very depressing afternoon at Cliftonhill. It got even worse when I paid £11 and forgot that I had a season ticket. FFS.

That Lowland League Table is horrific viewing by the way. Embarrassing to say the least.

I know Compliance Path aren’t at the games and it’s decided by the ‘board’ but, with exception of the new members of the illuminati, what was the guide dog doing through out the game. To be honest if it was ‘guiding’ me my chances of survival would be slim at most

I'm reminded of John Lambie's famous quote on those in positions of power in Scottish football... "wouldnae know a baw fae a banana!"
