Full time result:
Pollok 3 v 0 Albion Rovers
after 30+ games of scoring in every game, we have now gone two games in a row without scoring.
Personally I felt as if 3-0 was a harsh result on us last night, last 15 mins of the first half and all of the second half we were the better team however in the last 5 mins we were punished for our missed chances throughout game.
Sadly this defeat seems to have dented our chances of winning the league. However 6 games to go and we will try our best to finish in 2nd place.
Next up is a home game at st andrews high school 3g against cumbernauld utd jnrs. 2pm kick off.

Thanks for the supportive comments throughout the season.
Tonight is our last game of the season at St Ambrose High School against EK U19s 7:15KO.
We have enjoyed our first season as part of Albion Rovers F.C and we hope we can push and get even better next season.
In our first year it has been a challenge with being the youngest team in the league we have managed to finish in top 3 possibly top 4 (drawing two games killed our chances of the league) if we do not win tonight, last 32 of Scottish Cup, Regional Cup semi Final (beaten on pens) Semi Final of the League Cup (beaten on pens) few call ups to the U20s and 1st team.
We hope to improve and develop more players for the future for Albion Rovers.

Our first season has now ended, for the most part I have personally enjoyed managing the Under 19s and have been proud to have been part of Albion Rovers F.C.
I would like to thank all the vers fans who have offered messages of support to myself and team, and to the ones who have personally came out and supported us.
I would also like to thank Ronnie Boyd (chairman) and the rest of the guys behind the scenes for their help this season.
I would also like to thank David Caldwell who originally brought myself into the club.
Regards,
Josh
