After all our recent run of missed chances, I think we are about to turn a corner and all will go our way on Saturday, I predict a score of 17-3 in our favour with the entire team contributing a goal each and two hat tricks from Alan Reid and Ross Dunlop, juts off the bookies to get the odds..............

Could really do with a victory. Both teams will fancy their chances I reckon. Can see a score draw which isn't great for either side but I'd settle for it just now. Charlie, put me down for 10p worth of your stake at the bookies just in case your right.

Would be more than happy with 2 points out of the next 3 games and on paper tomorrow would be our best chance of getting something from one of those games.
Can't see it though and I think our lack of a goalscorer will result in a 2-0 defeat.

This is another BIG game for the MIGHTY 'Vers tomorrow. We're definitely not safe from being involved in the relegation play-offs yet we're only 4 points from the promotion play-offs!!
Reckon that's why the 10 team Leagues with promotion play-offs are a great idea.
So, it's our Monklands rivals tomorrow and we're separated by 1 goal.
They've beaten us twice at the San Siro(lucky gits!!) & it was a great game at their place when we drew 1-1 and could have won it on the day.
In that case it HAS to be a first victory over THEM tomorrow - 2-1 to the MIGHTY Albion!!!

So we're missing a fair few midfielders and attackers. And we have been crying out for a goal scorer all season ......... and we're looking to bring in a French defender?!?! Zut alors and mon dieu indeed. First game against Airdrie they destroyed us down the wings late on in the match and we can have no complaints about the score line I don't think. The 1-1 at their place we should have beaten them based on the number of chances we had alone! Talu didn't have his best game for us that day and Gemmell's short lived appearance before a daft red card didn't help so they definitely got lucky that day. As for the New Year's game, what can you say? How we didn't win that one is a complete mystery. Gemmell's diving header that day is probably goal of the season for me and again we lived to regret some missed chances and got caught at the end. I've just got this nagging feeling that Airdrie have the 'hex' over us this season but we are due a win against them. So I'm going for big Neil throwing the ball into his own net with only 2 minutes to go to hand us victory.

Hoping for a win, would take a draw however.
Other games today are big, if Dunfermline beat Brechin and Cowdenbeath beat Peterhead then Dunfermline are champions which might waste next Saturday as an occasion, I hope that Brechin and Cowdenbeath both get beat and that way Saturday is still a big occasion, and keeps Brechin and Cowdenbeath down the bottom.

The first eleven on the park are more than capable ,but when you have a wee look at the bench and the young boys on it ,this is like the Peterhead away scenario and believe me it was a long way to go to see our injury problems and indeed small squad so exposed looking, on the plus side ! ! Both sides not been at there best recently so I'll just hope the boys have the strength and belief in their abilities as we the fans do and they can grind out a 1 nil win.

Ally Love 12th goal of season ten minutes from end to make it 1-1, Radio Scotland say he is best Rovers player and that Airdrie goal against run of play at that point 10 minutes into 2nd half.
Brechin 2-1 down at Dunfermline, Forfar losing 2-1 at Stenhousemuir, Cowdenbeath unfortunately leading 0-1 at Peterhead.

Rovers finish 1-1.
Dunfermline win 3-1 against Brechin.
Peterhead lost to Cowdenbeath 0-1.
Dunfermline Champions.
Stenhousemuir beat Forfar 2-1.
Stenny up to 36 points, Cowdenbeath up to 32 points, Forfar and Brechin on 30 at bottom, are we safe yet?
Rovers and Airdrie both on 39 points, both one game in hand over Stranraer on 42 points, 4th place might be on offer.
