Nice - but is it really worth the asking price? Don't think it's a medal issued by the league - seems more like a commemorative medal made by the council judging by the Monklands "logo" and the fact that the directors received them.

Worth the asking price, Shakey ? In my opinion, no, but for someone who collects all things Rovers - and prepared to spend big ( I know of one) then it may be of the value put on it by the seller.

Nice item , a bit pricey.
Not as good as the ARFC car badge Andy Morrison put on eBay. Anyone know what that eventually went for

I had a car badge in the 70s - sold by the then Supporters Club for £1 each . Unfortunately got knicked (the badge that is) when my car was parked in Whifflet - and before anyone says it - it wasn`t Prof !!

Divide the asking price by about 100 and you'd get closer to its true value. If it was a 2nd division championship medal given to a player, it might be worth about £200 or £300.
