I am looking at Saturday's game with mixed feelings, it's our last home game and the season is almost over, but what a season it has been ! All I have to look forward to for the next few weeks is trips to garden centres and wrestling on the telly....sorry wee flash back there! I will be there on Saturday to applaude EVERYONE who works for the Club....on and off the Park, I have had some great Saturday afternoons and some great Tuesday nights, as well as some not so good ones, but overall....it's been a blast. The lads on the pitch have been a team to a man, they have worked so hard and delivered results that were as unexpected as they were welcome..well done boys ! The Manager and his backroom team have done miracles with a small squad, we all pick our own team and have our own views, but Darrens record in the last two seasons speak for itself...and his judgement on bringing in an assistant has been second to none ! All the wee things like the Buddy Club, The Syrians, The Soccer Camps are a credit to those involved and to the BOD for being supportive of such ventures. All things considered it's been a good season, the BOD listened over the Child prices, the new terracing worked well in terms of allowing us bigger crowds, the curry was good on the days I went for it, and the banter around the place has been mostly good. This is my first full season coming to games and it has excedded my expectations, I will be back and I hope we all give the lads and all concerned a good reception on Saturday to set us up well for the new season and more adventures at The Wee Rovers !

Well said, great summary of what has been across the piece an excellent season. So many highs to outweigh the occasional lows - Big Mick's screamer at Ayr, Josh's Goal v Dunfermline and Pirate day at Stranraer. Topping it off with a play off position or being above Airdrie would finish things off nicely.

All I was interested in at the start of the season was 8th place but I expected a bumpy ride from start to finish but we, the team really, have just done wonderfully well.
Well done a'body.
Hope everybody enjoys the POTY event after the Forfar match, will be at a charity football fundraiser event in Shetland that night with Craig Brown, Pat Rolink and Des McLean that is assuming that the plane achieves lift off, do I need to spell out the weight issues I worry about.
Looking forward to the Stenhousemuir match which I will be at, Stenny might be in the fight of their lives at that stage
But again, well done a'body, quite brilliant season.

Can't add much more than whats already been said. Lost count of the amount of times this season where I have found myself saying ' can things get any better?'.......and they normally did.
I work with an Ayr Utd fan who at the start of the season thought the Rovers were only in the league to make up the numbers and said we would be straight back down again. Having seen the Rovers cuff his team on a few occasions now he's changed his opinion and thinks we've been the shock team of the season and a credit to the league. Two games to go and we're still in the mix for potential bigger and better things, I ask you again, can things get any better?? .........it would be no less than the club deserve for their efforts. Congratulations to everybody involved with the Rovers at all levels, this has been a remarkable season and will long be remembered.

agree with the above - will be hard to beat this and last season. A few of us have waited a very long time for this kind of success.
on that note - Have the Rovers ever been in a position where we could potentially 'relegate' two teams ? Forfar on Sat and Stenny next week ?
