Well said Terry. We all appreciate the incredible amount of work you do. Peter McClurg Thanks a lot for the kind comment Peter it’s greatly appreciated. Its not about me, it’s about us, and if we spent more trying to help get us out of this position rather than how we got here, we might be able to do something. Turn up for all the home games if you can - the extra few quid could help. If you are available on the occasional Thursday pop in for a few hours and help out the Thursday club. We are always looking out for a tradesman or two to carry out some repairs. Maybe if possible put a few pounds to Bill Walker for the players fund - the work he does along with all who contribute is outstanding. There may not be many of us, but we can make a difference.

Sorry I am rubbish at this. My issue is your comment would suggest people like were running about in cars paid for by the club - I may be wrong but the cost was to cover fuel and insurance for 2 vehicles the club got for free including the van. The biggest expense on the stadium was carrying out the void repairs in 2014 - if we hadn’t the ground would have been closed. The club is in the position it is in, any help we could get would be greatly appreciated - my job is to help keep it open and safe. Whilst on garden leave last November I joined the Thursday club for 9 weeks - they do an incredible job, so come and help us if you can. If you believe it’s overspending then that’s your opinion and your entitled to it. Terry I am not having a go at you and know what you have put into the club. I have tried to highlight for the last few years now the financial abyss the club was/is heading only to get shot down by the delusionals on this forum. I have been a fan for over 40 years inbetween selling programmes, 50/50 draws, club shop seller, even did a stint at the Monday club when i was unemployed in 2012. As a shareholder I obviously get copies of the accounts and it is there in black and white - think we will need to agree to disagree about how the club has spent it's money. Finally, since 2015 the club has had three cup ties against Rangers and one against Celtic- all televised. Something is sadly gone amiss as we stand over the cliff edge.

Buchanan, I have never once questioned your views on the clubs financial position, as you say, you are a shareholder and see the accounts and are entitled to your opinion. I have never questioned your support for the club. As I have said earlier, to say that club officials were driving leased cars at the clubs expense would give impression everyone had club cars when in reality they had 2 free vehicles and paid for fuel and insurance. The first Rangers match was actually March 2014.

Was the leased car not part of Billy Stark’s wage package. Rather than pay x amount in cash I imagine it was more tax advantageous for him to negotiate a club car. £3600 in accounts amounts to £300pm or less if a deposit paid upfront. This suggests it was only one car Bucky.
The lease photocopier though🤬 waste of money for a part time club. Surely there isn’t 2 leased?? I did hear of a certain ex director who tried to get a 2nd one in as he sold photocopier agreements for a living.
That’s what happens when you fill the boardroom with photo copier salesman , you end up getting photocopiers. I’ve a mate who’s a tiler , even his living room is tiled. It’s like a Spanish hotel

Car expenses is an unnecessary cost and was someuthat was not required before. I'm not having a pop at individuals at their time in the boardroom - mistakes were made I'm sure they were putting their own hand in their pockets which is crazy considering the windfall that came in. Best wishes Buchanan

No idea about Billy but Sandy's car was club leased when he was assistant manager.

Sorry to move away from leased cars and back to the league. I personally hate the proposal and would rather the lowland league than watching highland league teams and boys clubs. As someone else hinted, the challenge cup has been completely ruined and I wouldn't be wasting my Saturday to watch rubbish like that.
