Rovers lost this match 2-0 and also had.a player shown a straight red card in the first half.
This was the last game of the first 100 years of Cliftonhill, here’s to the next 100.

The reserves return to league action tomorrow night (Monday 20th January) at the K Park facing East Kilbride. Kick-off is 7.45. We've slipped to 5th in the league (of 9) but are just 2 points off 2nd place.
Entrance is free, not sure if they open their pie shop or not.

Rovers lost this game 4-1. They were well beaten but did score a cracker of a goal and our ‘keeper saved a penalty along the way.

The Reserves played their first game for four weeks and gave a really disappointing first half display, which saw them well off the pace and second to every ball. 2-0 behind at the interval – and only two down due to Chris Smith’s outstanding penalty save late on in the half – they started the second period a bit better, but more sloppy defending saw them go further behind before tenacity on the ball from Lewis Guy set up Kyle Doherty to score with a brilliant long range shot into the top corner. The home side scored again on the break before the finish however to complete a well deserved win against a Rovers side without its regular midfield of Paul Fee, Jamie Leslie and Dylan Monaghan. The only passmarks were for goalkeeper Smith, centre back Mark Doran, striker Kieran Dolan – and for the three second half substitutes, Lewis Guy and trialists Derek Armstrong and Jamie Prete, who all came on and contributed well, lifting the overall performance on a night when the team gave its worst performance of the season by far.
Smith, Moran, Doran, Wilson, Lovering (Guy); Doherty, McLelland, Gordon (Armstrong), Moniz; McDonald (Prete), Dolan.

It’s a 7:45 ko 😂😂 It’s gonna be far too cold to be standing out for an extra 15 minutes 🥶

Not a good performance tonight another 4.1 defeat. Not good but was in fact 5-1 with Lewis Wilson scoring at both ends. Rovers end their cup involvement as bottom of the 5 team mini-league.
