Hills offering 11/1 on Will Graham scoring the 1st goal - I'll offer 100000/1 as hes banned! Can anyone clear up how many red cards he received at Fort William I can tell you that he received a 2 game ban in the cup as well as the Stenny league game.

Gave them a game today and 2-1 would have been a fairer scoreline (2-2 actually as the handball was an easy penalty for an impartial ref). Radical change needed in defence though. We are losing goals which we shouldn't be. As for the impartial ref, what part of Airdrie does he come from! Total cheat! Usual standard. Nothing new.

We did well against Airdrie today and looked a threat going forward, and were in the game until their third goal went in.Wharton aside,we defensively have issues, but cannot fault the effort overall.Ref as Jimbo said had blinkers on for various incidents.Give that effort next week going forward and we should dig out a result. Scally and Roberts were outstanding today.

Thought Scally was the best player on the park.

No disgrace today - the score line flattered Airdrie somewhat as only 2 late goals made it look like a heavy defeat. We played well throughout and all the team gave their all- great reflex save by Goodfellow at 1-1 and I thought it was going to be our day- but the killer second goal from an unstoppable volley was the turning point. If we can play like this against the teams in out league we should start to climb the table. Great home support- hope they stick around for the league games.

A decent performance and we gave them a game. Thought a lot of the players put in a shift Phillips, Moreno, Roberts. Scally was MotM easily his best game for us. Goodfellow did well great second half save from a corner.
Turning point for me was Byrne’s poor effort at 1-2, Roberts cutback perfectly for him , should have taken the goal nets off the rigging with that one. That being said when it boils down our defending is nowhere near good enough. At set plays we cannot clear our lines it’s a major issue and I can’t believe Kevin and Joe accept that week in week out. It’s just woeful. Thought Lynas had an absolute nightmare today I swear at times he was running away from the ball.
Great to see a full house at Cliftonhill- the noise drowns out Peter McLurgs woeful patter.
Back to our bread and butter next week.

Today was never a 4-1 game, looks like a pumping on paper but it wasn’t.
The team as a whole showed a lot of fight and determination to have a go at the opposition.
I like the front line that started the game but they are lightweight, we really could do with a striker who can ruffle up the opposition defenders. The wingers are decent but have nobody to play the ball into the box once they get past the full backs. I would also like when they cut inside they had a pop at goals to hopefully catch the goalies off guard rather than looking for a wee delicate pass.
Defensively, I think they can deal with things on the deck unfortunately for them defending comes with having to win headers. 2 identical goals conceded from crosses coming in from the left wing that our centre halves (who I don’t think are that small) but can’t win simple headers if under any sort of pressure.
Anyways, plenty of attacking positives to take from today and if we can keep performances to the same tempo etc then we should start winning games.

Can't disagree with any comments so far really. 4-1 flattered them but that's cup football for you. The positive thing is we are creating plenty of chances and good ones at that. Down side obviously we are missing a lot of good chances. Ref was awful. Defensively we still look a bomb scare at times but you know what, with that level of effort and bit more composure in front of goal we will start climbing the league table.
