This hasn't been commented on so far, but if should be noted* that the match v Annan means that Rovers have now completed 100 years at Cliftonhill (1st match at the stadium was on Xmas Day 1919) and what an amazing match to mark the centenary. Long live Cliftonhill. ARFC For ever.
* emphasised, heralded, shouted from the rooftops...or any other superlative you prefer.......

I would echo your statements of affection for our stadium Rab and the emotional attachment to Cliftonhill expressed by others in another thread: I share these completely as the stadium has been an important part of my life. I echo your cry of long live Cliftonhill but would suggest for this to be the case we need a dispassionate discussion on maintaining the building with all of those who hold the old stadium in high esteem on just how this can be achieved and that indeed Cliftonhill can add to its 100 years on Main Street.
