Great performance today. The target of the play offs is very much achievable. Well done all.

For feck sake. Ref gives a penalty to Brechin for a ball that hit Bryan Wharton in the nether region. Disgraceful refereeing. According to the ref it was for a pull on his jersey 🤷🏽♂️ That's what I would call arse covering. Must have made that up at half time to cover for his cock-up! Brilliant performance today justly rewarded. Oh and ha-ha Cove!

That was a fab performance. Couple of great saves from Goody again keeping us in there. Definitely not hand ball for the penalty, no idea if there was a pull or anything else. All I'd say is we were weathering a bit of a storm at that point - no pun intended. We'd looked dangerous going forward a couple of times but Brechin had us pegged back in the last third of the pitch. And when that happens there is more risk of that sort of thing happening I guess.
Ref did well to book most of their defence at one point or another for their fairly cynical breaking up of Rovers break aways but dropped another clanger when he let Brechin away with a blatant pass back that the keeper picked up. We also had a decent shout for a penalty when Ousy was wrestled to the ground.
But despite giving Brechin a goal of a start the entire team plus subs were immense. Never gave up and scored some fantastic goals. Hope someone was recording the game. Scott's volley on the turn in particular; wow! Another contender for goal of the season.
Brechin were terrible outside of that first 20 minutes or so. Probably the least fit looking side I have ever seen; I've seen pub teams who looked more athletic. Their number 3 at least has a sense of humour about it.
Anything can happen in this league but we look good at the moment. I still think we're getting a bit carried away with talk of a play off place but we're one of the form teams and I doubt anyone would fancy playing us in that situation.
Stenny away next week is massive. Win that and maybe even then I'll believe we are capable of the play offs!
Crowd of less than 300 again which is a real shame. Declan was man of the match but there were many contenders.
Good times being a Rovers fan right now. And a massive well done to Kevin and co. Very, very few of us believed he could turn it around but he's done it so hats off to him for that. There were clearly problems earlier in the season and the performances reflected that. We'll never know what they were but as long as they are over with and any lessons learned then that's got to be good enough.

Wait, wasn't that the massively-strengthened Brechin sqaud after the transfer window? Oh no! We now have to face that other massive club with turbo-charged squad and super set up, vastly superior to our own, Stenhousemuir! Oh no! Help!!!!

Well, well - predicted a good result for us today but didn't quite expect such a GUBBING of Brechin!! 4-1 SUPERB. Totally deserved result as we dominated most of the game. ##Looking up rather than down!!!

Agree with the unfit part. No excuse for that. Superior fitness, work rate and will to win from Albion coupled with some moments of class told in the end. Well played.

Really enjoyable game in awful conditions. Couldn't see a handball or a tug. But Wharton didn't really complain. Everybody played well and a stunning goal from Roberts. Although a poor crowd, it was good to see so many young fans especially the enthusiasm of the nine lads behind the goal. They'd starting singing and dancing during the warm up.
Quick question - why do Rovers rarely wear their yellow first choice kit?

Unusually for me was to busy giving him pelters for the decision! 🙄 Another product of the John Beaton Academy?

Don't wear yellow strips because the laundry (Jason Bell) can't get the stains out of them.

Great result , let’s get looking up the league. Some huge games coming up. Didn’t manage the game but kept upto on my Flashscore (not a bad App by the way).
Regarding the red strips if I recall correctly former Chairman Frank Meade looked out research carried out that red strips were proven to be more successful than others. Don’t at me.

Regarding the red strips if I recall correctly former Chairman Frank Meade looked out research carried out that red strips were proven to be more successful than others. He did say that with a modicum of factual accuracy but the main reason for us having red strips at the time was yellow & red strips weren’t avaialble off the peg (ie. cheaper to have red)

Yellow strips no good.
Tell that to Brazil, Barcelona and the rest.
Wonderful result yesterday.
