Eddie took over from Ronnie Boyd in November 2018 if the online article is correct and is staying on as a director and has been on the board since October 2016 in his most recent stint as he was on previously.
Ian Benton has been a director since July 2016 and is the Father of former Rovers player Alan Benton.

Before the conspiracies start thanks for all your hard work Chairman Ed. All the best to Ian for his spell in charge.

No conspiracy theories but is there a reason why we have such a prolific turnover at boardroom level ?

It's a lot of work for people who are mostly just fans who like all of us have lives as well.

A point, Jim, but it doesn`t appear to happen (at least not with such regularity) at other clubs with the same pressures & committments

I'm working on total guess work here but i would imagine other clubs have actual owners who have more pulling them to stay in the seat.
We basically have to have well meaning people who are caretakers for a ghost who haunts the club.
Can't fault anyone who walks away , thankless task and tireless task in which you need to work everyday with both hands tied behind your back.
All the best to Eddie, and to Ian for his stint in the hotseat.

Well said. Couldnt have come up with a more apt description of the chains around the club.

All a bit daily record sensationalist. If harper is worried it should be on his record which isn't great not on board changes.

Only one thing Kevin needs to answer and that's is the squad of players he has now better than the squad that led the great escape last season. I'm not convinced. Big game tonight. Need a win and pronto.
Personally I think constant changes at boardroom level are not good for the stability of a football club.
