After 3 months - and a monumental effort from everyone who has a soft spot for ARFC - the time has come to close the JustGiving page. This will happen late this evening (probably around 10:30pm). The funds will then be transferred to the club to allow them to budget for the upcoming season.
Last call, then, for any donations. We’re sitting at £19k+ which is a truly astounding total.
Thanks again to everyone who has shared and donated.
Wow!! Just wow!! Incredible effort from everyone who has a soft spot for our Wee Rovers 💛❤️
Thank you Jordie for getting it up and running. Thank you Ben for the idea of the online 50/50. Thank you to CompliancePath for their continued incredible support and taking sponsorship to a new level.
And thank you to every single person who donated regardless of the amount.
Now wouldn’t it be an amazing thing if we could get to £20,000 before the deadline.... no pressure haha
A brilliant effort all round and a great help to the club. Jordan, Ben , Compliance Path have all done a smashing job in raising much needed funds for the Rovers. All those who donated have shown their affection for the club and their determination to see it survive.
The online 50?50 draw was a great success and showed me that an online Rovers lottery could do well and bring in a steady flow of funds.

No they don’t 👎
I hear that League 1 & 2 will be having discussions this week and it’s likely they’ll decide to make the season 27 games not 36 which the championship has already done. Best guesses for a start appears to be October but months up to January and even missing the whole season have also been mentioned.
