Wee bit concerned, I must say, about the lack of squad news...
So far we’ve lost Graham, See, Moreno, and Byrne - arguably 4 of our strongest players from last year.
Thoughts? All other teams in the League are building strong squads, so I reckon my alarm is justified.

This is the first and probably last time I'll agree with you🤔
I think the new boss, and fairly new chairman, will be cautious as we don't want to be paying players to sit around waiting until October's restart.
Probably every other club doing likewise except those with deep pockets aka Stirling Albion.

Queen’s Park, Stirling Albion, Cowdenbeath, Edinburgh City, Stenhousemuir and others have retained a strong core of their squad and even made some decent additions.

I’m sure the manager is working behind the scenes as far as signings are going. To be fair I haven’t seen a lot of transfer activity elsewhere apart from Stirling who seem to have ££££, I’m sure once an October start is confirmed that will change.
If there is one thing I’m slightly worried about is the type of player the manager has been quoted to targeting which is basically 20-21 year olds which I don’t think will cut it in this league. Again it’s dependent on where these guys come from and what sort of grounding they have had.

Might be on my own thinking this, but I am happy with the silence on signings as I would be worried if we were signing/re-signing players when we are still unaware of when the season will start, will there be crowds at games, prize money for the leagues etc. I would be anxious if the Rovers were sitting with players being paid with the club not knowing about future income.

19 clubs listed, so 23 not signed anyone new recently. As Ronnie says when do we start, are we starting with/without crowds? So much, up in the air.

I think I’m more concerned by the loss of 4 decent players than I am at the lack of new faces. Most SPFL teams have retained core squads, we’ve lost some very strong members of ours.

Jordan is right, 3ven down the leagues signings are getting made left right and center, I am starting to think we will go down this year, even clubs in below division are looking strong
Our 1 signing is 17

Is the manager currently being paid without a team or without knowing when the league is starting? Surely, we could have players in place and signed up on the basis the league starts in October, when it does wages are paid from XX date. I am sure there are decent players out there that would sign on those terms as it gives them some sort of reassurance knowing they have a club to play for when the season starts. Other clubs seem to be always on the front foot with everything and are proactive in their approach... from looking in it appears ARFC are the opposite.

Can't really tell what's going on in the background with players but can only hope work is being done under admittedly difficult circumstances. Also hope we're not going to fill the squad with young players. They have there part to play but a full team would be repeating some of the mistakes of the brogan debacle.
