Is it all set pieces, are we struggling with high balls into the box ?

Still the man for the job? Remember Jimbo we’ve give the poor manager a break. He has a full plate mixing part time football with his part time course in Epidemiology.

We scored a 3rd. Ref couldn't see it was over the line. Doh.

So that I don’t cause any upset with our club physio, I am absolutely buzzing that we have managed to score 2 (TWO) goals today. Who cares we conceded 5 (FIVE), only positives are required.
Things are looking up... 🤪

So basically the whole point in our season depends on hoping Brechin City are worse than we are.
That's the Brechin side who beat us convincingly at home recently.
I honestly thought I would miss live football more than I do but this is just dire at the moment.

I'd put Jaydee in charge! 😁 Why not, it surely can’t get any worse. He’d have them fit, thats for sure.

Having Jaydee at the club is one of the very few positives at the moment IMHO

Going 4-1 down before the first quarter of the game is completely and utterly unacceptable. I know there is a huge difference in playing budgets but at the very least we should be organised and tough to break down.

Awful start & never recovered after that. City were predictably better in all areas.
Best team by a mile won.
Can't wait for Elgin at home next week 🤣🤣

I thought we played well for the last 75 minutes of the match. Biggest issue was constantly giving the ball away. And shy after shy went back to opposition. Get the basics right.

Certainly was a better second half performance but yet again having to chase a game from a lost cause perspective. It was looking like Edinburgh's record win was coming up after 16 minutes - but thankfully steadied the ship a bit. They also had the ball in the net 3 times from what looked like ok goals - so really let off at times. We have plenty of endeavour but lack a bit of basic common sense when defending set pieces- we seem to be every man for himself when defending a corner or free kick. Thomson scored 2 fantastic free kick direct goals - so cannot really grumble about them- but the players need to be more physical and ruthless with each other at the back and cover all basis.
