Decision followed a meeting between SFA and Freeman. The risk from lower leagues compared to the arrogant disregard of bigger clubs to the rules makes it a ludicrous decision. Time the wee clubs made some noise.

The swaggering arrogance of Celtic is really revolting. Stay in your houses peasants; we are awf to Dubai!

Some form of compensation for this farce is due.

Probably the right decision given the numbers and the lack of testing in the lower leagues. The likelihood of football returning in March is unlikely IMHO.

The lack of testing in lower leagues plus rising numbers of positive cases will be the deciding factors. Depends on the individual outlook about whether or not you want the season to proceed- personally we have been very poor, live streaming isn’t really for me so wouldn’t be too upset if the season is kyboshed

As long as they don't touch my cricket; that would make me really angry! (Ducks behind the couch awaiting Tommy Sermanni's sustained personal attack!)

Trying to read between the lines of the FMs statement today i reckon absolute earliest it will be back is mid Feb.
That would then need either midweek games pretty much every week till the end of the season or extend season till end of May and midweek games all April and May. Not ideal but at least the season is completed. Better to extend the season IMHO as large numbers of population should be vaccinated by then with even an outside chance of fans in by May !

This should be the end of the matter for us as well. If full time clubs “in a bubble” can’t stop an outbreak from occurring and aren’t docked 3 points then they cannot punish a part time club who aren’t in a bubble.
