Goal keepers are the one position where the older they age the better they become , like a good wine , and even someone in their 40s would be welcome - has done Rangers no harm with their current 39 year old between the sticks !

5 games in the first 11 days. 3 home games in a week. 14 games to be played before 23 April. That’s 14 games in 5 weeks. And then 3 more post split games and possibly 2 playoff games. That’s some schedule for players and the pitch! I’m really surprised SPFL sanctioned this as it was clear they felt that an 18 game league was the way to go at the most.

Ronnie It’s 10 games in 5 weeks, that gets us to the 18 mark. Then 4 more post split, assuming all 10 clubs manage to have played 18 games by the 23rd.

Without testing being in place, contact training and games ant take place before the 17th of May
Due to this the SJFA have called time on all their competitions and null and voided all of them, planning to restart in the new season

But still a demanding schedule. Ronnie

It is very demanding and trying to get boys in for testing when appropriate is an added challenge.

Ok guys, after today’s legal ruling that it was illegal for Nicola & Co to shut churches I invite you to the worship at the Unorthodox Church of Cliftonhill.
See you there
