Utter tripe this evening. Annan won every ball first and second. Why drop Binnie? Huge mistake and got punished for it. Wish I'd stayed in the house.

Poor performance but Annan were decent and saw right through our tactics. If there were any. Two mistakes cost us dearly. Sorry Harry but why foul a player at the edge of the box. And Blair, if you'd headered that ball away from danger, it would've been a winnable match for the Rovers. Doesn't bode well for our next three matches which will be very tough.

Bucky, were those couldn't care less players among the scramble of players substituted? Certainly, Max Wright, who came on, had 3 shots at goal in the closing minutes. We had the same number of goal attempts as Annan but lost 4-1 with a penalty to each side.

Agree with Peter and Bucky. Complete mess from start to finish. Mistakes all over the pitch. Shambles.
Only ‘plus’ was the Annan fist goal. Volley, on the turn from the edge of the box. Cracking goal at any level.

After the first 5 minutes of watching I knew we were heading for a defeat! Had a bit of optimism going into second half - I thought we created some chances and had a little more energy but that was only for 5 minutes! Was a tough and very frustrating watch! Players on the field week in and week out who continually under perform but still make the team sheet and never seem to get subbed! Get it sorted Brian Reid!

Dismal night all round. No urgency at all during the first half, very lacklustre. The Annan first goal was tremendous to be fair. Keeper made a backside of it with the penalty which killed the game. Not sure why one or two in the crowd thought the ref was at fault. It looked like a needless moment of madness from the keeper, which leads to the question why has the keeper been changed? I've certainly not seen any improvement, not that that's where our problem has been this season. A rocket needed for Saturday cause that was miles off even near good enough.

An absolute disaster from start to finish. One of the worst performances I have seen in years, and several players looked very 'out of sorts' to say the least. Totally disagree about the penalty: a ridiculous and wrong decision, and the referee was just desperate for his wee bit of drama. Don't care what anyone else thinks; that's my opinion. I am a huge admirer of Harry Stone, but the wrong decision has been made here to drop Cameron Binnie. Deeply depressing all round. I hope there is a huge reaction to this garbage performance on Saturday. I fled when it got to 0-3.

Really disappointing night.
Can't argue with any of whats been said. The annoying thing for me was even when we put together a few moves the final pass or touch was always just way off. The pitch was causing problems but we never tried to adapt to it like Annan did.
The fact that nobody seemed that annoyed to be getting beat is what gets me the most though. Lyans looked raging and was still thorwing himself in front of everything towards the end, not sure anyone else can claim to have the same commitment. I'm sure the players don't love getting beat but it never turns itself into a fired up performance.
Penalty was a total Stone (no pun intended) waller, could see him coming a mile away and the Annan player just had to wait for him to dive in. Another game where there isn't actually much between the sides but we conspire to lose it.
At least we have an easy run of fixtures now ...

Why drop Binnie? Huge mistake and got punished for it. Harry has played the last two games, 4 points, so Binnie wasn't dropped just for last night and obviously done well in those two games. Apart from the pen - absolutely nothing he could have done with the goals - all very well taken, the first an absolute peach. Annan were the best team ( by a mile) I've seen since Kelty. Hope they go up, am I right in thinking they've never been promoted ? I'd love to see a couple of the reserves get some game time. Also Lewis Wilson to start at no.3. Massive game on Saturday. Tee

But should Binnie have been dropped? I would say no. He has done nothing wrong and would have every right to be pissed off and I imagine other players will be as well.

Sore one but in all honesty that amounted to little more than a trainings session for Annan.
Obvious even before the 1st goal there was a gulf in class.
Really just limping towards the end of season now hoping we can beg, borrow or steal enough points to keep us up.
Highlight for me was the vegetarian sausage roll I had before kick off. It was all downhill from then....

Stone may or or may not be better but did we need him. We had a perfectly good keeper and a good backup. We didn't have a goalkeeping problem. We have problems elsewhere and stone has solved nothing. The defence is a car crash and the strikers misfiring. As we saw last night the same problems still exist and no keeper will make the slightest difference but we have probably hacked off Binnie. The manager is another bad appointment who will probably see us relegated. Certainly underachieved with a decent squad of players and should be dumped for next season whatever league we end up in.

We could argue about who is the better keeper but what's surely not in doubt is that other positions needed dealt with way before the goalkeeper

Let’s be honest. Division 2 results are almost impossible to predict. Annan were superb and did not allow us to play at all. Defence was poor to say the least and don’t seem to anticipate danger. Onwards and hopefully upwards.
