After moaning about the lack of opportunity to get into the SPFL
Then voting against more promotion/relegation spots into the lowland league and divisions below
The lowland league teams have voted 11-4 in favour of allowing "Guest Clubs" into the league, the Celtic and Rangers Colts teams in the league after last year saying it was a 1 year experiment, to "help scottish national teams", (Celtic colts started with 11 non Scots on the pitch in their Last game).
They will each pay the massive sum of £3000 to each club in the league,
Bonnyrigg Rose abstained along with both colts clubs
Civil Service Strollers and Bo'ness both voted against

Shire also voted against after consulting their fans etc. which seems only sensible. Lets face it there's a decent chance they'd be allowed into league 2 if they would put in a big enough bribe. I wish they'd both sod off to the Tasmanian league.

Disgusted to hear that. What a sham of a league. I would rather go to the Highlands that play in that garbage farce if it ever came to it. It really is so shallow and sad. A non-league in every sense of the word.

In effect, the 'pyramid system' does not exist, apart from a way of getting heavily funded 'local businessmen' toy fake clubs into the league. Disgusting. Watch this space: they will be in League 2 in about two years, with bribes a plenty. Vomit.

That's the reason I hope Cowdenbeath stay up - do not want the Second Division to become a fast track league for phantom money clubs. The last few years have been dominated and one sided through wealth and the fun /competitiveness has evaporated. We need a level playing field !

The fact that the Lowland League is a route up to a higher league, but not an exit point for poor Lowland League sides and not a promotion possibility for all the other teams in leagues below is a sham.

Helping the Scottish national team hahahahaha Helping the big two develop players. These players may at one stage have been loaned out to us wee'er less important teams
