All quiet as the teams around above and below announce signings left right and center,
We have lost David and Lewis Wilson, but apart from that, the silence is defenning
I would be shocked if wr manage to keep hold of anyone, as if we were able we would be screaming it from the rooftops,
All I see at the end of the tunnel is relegation

The very least you would expect is a list of players not offered a new deal.
The season finished 4 weeks.

The players are I understand under contract until Tuesday so perhaps further clarification can be expected thereafter.

I thought players were contracted to 9 June but could be wrong.
I’m sure there will be loads of activity going on behind the scenes and in the next week or so who is staying, who’s going and who will be coming in will be announced prior to pre season training starting in a few weeks.

The under contract til end of May thing is a red herring for me. Who cares - the season is long finished - everyone is essentially a free agent. Decisions should have been made weeks ago. They probably have been to be fair but it’s a big secret.
Just tell us like the club used to do and everyone else does.
Is it a surprise players have claimed in the past they hadn’t been spoken to about staying so just signed elsewhere . Maybe it wasn’t those players fault after all.

Cammie Binnie gone. Blame the manager for bringing in a loan keeper we didn't need and hacking Binnie off. Knew this would come back to haunt us. A disaster.

I dont get the issue with that, Stone was a better keeper
6 clean sheets in 10 games for Stone 4 in his last 20 games for Binnie
I also believe binnie was one of if not the highest wage at the club, compare that to paying nothing for Stone and its a no brainer
If anything I would have got rid of Binnie as soon as Stone came in, not due to poor games or poor form but to be honest he wasn't needed
We got a far better deal for Stone than Binnie even though binnie was good,

Aye but where is stone now and who will be in goal now. Are we now going to rely on unreliable loans who could be be recalled at any moment. This is a monumental cock up. Binnie's record was outstanding and most of the blame for less clean sheets was a lousy defence. Stone was outstanding in his first loan period but was distinctly average last season and no better than Binnie. This has caused us to lose our keeper. An absolute joke and totally predictable! 😠👎

Shame about Binnie, but if he doesn't want to be here, there is nothing we can do. He wasn't totally dropped when Stone came, but I can see how he might have been disgruntled by it. Anyway, good to have news of those who have signed. Perhaps he has already been 'approached' by another team anyway: we can't force folk to stay if they ain't keen.

Pity about Binnie going.
Delighted with the players who are staying thus far, especially Leslie, impressed each match I saw him play in.
