EF have won one and lost one. Beating Elgin 3 - 1 and losing 3 - 0 against Bonnyrigg.
From what I've seen we have a good team and are capable of creating chances but we lack a man upfront who'll score goals.
It'll be interesting tomorrow. 2 - 1 to the vers

Need any sort of points on the board.
Please gaffer no makeshift striker tomorrow (not a criticism of Jamie Leslie who did his best) but a proper striker from the squad or loanee or trialist.

1979/80: Albion Rovers 4, East Fife0. Albion Rovers 5, East Fife 1. A repeat of those scores would be good this year.

Beat again, with all those Chances Rovers could of won today, I think the manager needs to think of getting someone in up front to help out, it’s not looking good at the moment if we don’t start getting points on the board.

Really annoying to have got nothing from that today. Certainly don't think it needs to be panic stations or anything yet but the area for improvement is glaringly obvious. People can say what they want about systems etc but the system and formation leads to us having loads of good opportunities. The guys at the top end of the park can't take them. Bringing a decent loan or proper signing is only going to be beneficial if they can stick half chances away, cause the reality is none of the guys there are capable of even 6 goals a season.

Can't fault players for effort today and blistering conditions but we again are undone by our inability to put the ball in the net. If it wasn't glaringly obvious after last week then it reinforced it even more today,we need a striker ASAP, someone to stick away chances we are making or we will be severely punished for it this term I fear. Hoping for better and someone finding their shooting boots at Bonnyrigg next week.

Really frustrating day there, lack of quality up top glaringly obvious. Agree it's no time for panic stations but we're falling into an unwelcome trend of losing games. The longer that goes on, the bigger problem it'll soon become.
