My first game this season. I thought we were as good if not better than them today. Solid in defence although lacking slightly up top, as previous posts have mentioned this season.
My mates, albeit Dumbarton ones, said it was neither over the line or handball but they would say that… wouldn’t they (but they also said we were by far the better team), I was to far away to tell, as were the rest of the Rovers support, so to blame the ref and linesman who were a tad closer to the action is a bit unfair. In all honesty the ball should have been stuck away without hitting anyone in the process. Thought taking off Malcolm in the latter stages of the second half was a brave decision as I thought he had a very good game upto then, it might have been for a very good reason but none the less made me a tad more worried for the last part of the game
If we had been offered a point before the game I’m pretty sure we all would have grabbed it so we can’t be to disappointed with the result
It was also sad to see big John limping off at half time and if his Twitter feed is to be believed then his football career is at an end. He was a good servant to the Rovers in his spells with us so thanks for your service sir and I hope you have a speedy recovery

Twitter had Sanchez in the line up Buchanan, you’ll find full details of Rovers line-up and subs on yesterday’s BBC scores webpage. As Jordie says, young Sanchez has been back in the USA for some time, so his sudden reappearance on Twitter is baffling indeed. I blame E Musk 😎

Excellent performance from the guys yesterday.
Well deserved point against the league leaders & it could have been more.
More performances like that and we'll soon start climbing the league table.

A point is a point. Not be long before Bonnyrigg are at the foot of the table. That’s a dangerous assumption that one. Only problem with the “at least Bonnyrigg got beat” approach is that Rovers need to win.
