Thought we gave away a needless free kick leading up to the penalty. Its wee things like this that are letting us down. Deserved the 3 points but that's been our story so far this season. But the hard luck stories are beginning to wear me down as we get deeper into the season so we need to sort out a striker in the window.

Agree with all the above. Absolutely mental decision to breenge in and give away the free kick. Fair play to Stenny who took it quickly which led to the penalty and the goal.
Outside of that, maybe the best I've seen Rovers play for a while. Two points squandered today as opposed to one gained.

Rovers played well and should have won. Can't fault anyone on a most entertaining afternoon. Off the bottom, and we can take on anyone in this league. Keep going!!

Decent performance and should have had the points sewn up. Was going to commend the ref for a decent performance but will defer judgement after the penalty award. At that speed couldn't see if there was a handball or not but certainly wouldn't say it was deliberate and a red card was a joke. Should be appealed. Proves once again that we need a striker now and the failure to get one is costing us game after game. Does raise questions as to why the manager is failing to convince somebody to play for us. He doesn't inspire me and perhaps not being an inspiring manager is the problem?

At the start of this match I'd have bitten your arm off for a draw. We were winning when I left but couldn't believe we'd squandered the lead so late in the game. A good point.
Next week is a tough one against the big Albion.

I would argue that the team is responding very well to the manager: we are playing some good football. Yes, we need a few strikers, but no-one would argue with that.

A very good performance. Overall the match was fairly even but there were spells when we had them on the ropes and if we had a genuine striker might have killed them off. Scott Roberts makes a decent stab but is not a natural striker. Lots of effort, more playing actual football (on the deck), and much of it enjoyable to watch. Kyle Fleming doesn't get mentioned much but has put in steady performances every week and today never out a foot wrong, very unlucky not to score from distance.

I thought we played really well today bossed most of the game, considering we had a few players out injured it was a good point on the board, I thought Blair Malcom did really well playing more central. 👍

Work rate and football played by the team today was some of the best this season, should have been enough in front at ht to win the game but unfortunately it was only 1-0,when it went to 2-1 you get that feeling that the old kick in the teeth is just around the corner and sadly it came, 50/50 on pen imo but never a red card, same old inability to put the game away thru lack of firepower when we are making so many chances, hopefully get something sorted fast or be stuck in the bottom three swapping places with the other two for rest of the season.

I criticised Charlie Reilly last week for being huffy, but I thought his work rate today was excellent

I criticised Charlie Reilly last week for being huffy, but I thought his work rate today was excellent Considering Charlie has scored or set up every goal we’ve scored this season he can be as huffy as he wants. Dread to think where we would be without him. And yes agree it was a very good performance today. As far as I’m aware If the ref judges it handball and it’s on target it’s an automatic red I’m afraid.

Blair malcom magnificent.
C. Wilson and Rielly good too. Would include Roberts for his efforts upfront but that chance to put us 3 - 1 up missed is still hurting.
Our keeper had a great save first half and special mention to our number 12 - played great.
What happened to Paton today? He wasn't in the squad.

Who is responsible for counting the attendance ??. Sunday papers states crowd was 243. Come on there was at least over 400 supporters there easily.

Crowd was well over 400. I have made my points about this farce before. How hard can it be to give an accurate crowd figure? It was a decent attendance yesterday, but this just makes us look bad. GRRRRRR!!!!
