Always really enjoyed a game on 2nd January. Strange one for me. As I said in my original post ,2nd January has become a popular and accepted football day. Can’t fathom need for change. Finding out the rationale would be interesting. Ronnie

The club haven’t even acknowledged the festive season changes or updated the fixture list.

Most have young families - this change will allow them to spend precious time with them. J.

This makes sense since we are a part time team of which players and staff and the volunteers who work tirelessly for the club. hopefully allow the fans to bring in the new year with a rovers win.
Personally I’m happy to as I can watch the Edinburgh derby with the family on the 2nd of January
