Looks like it's bridies only back from Forfar. We seemed to come into it as the second half progressed, with 6 shots, 3 on target, to their 15 overall but just couldn't get it over the line. I noticed that Anury Testa came on as substitute and had a shot soon after. In a previous game, it was similar, he seemed to be very active but I'm just speaking from the kitchen table, not at the match. Testa was good - changed the game. Should 100% start next match v Elgin.

My interview with Brian got cut short I asked him about the injury list.
Wilson had a dead leg last week but should be back for Elgin.
Sonkur had a problem with his calf but likely to be back for Elgin.
Sean Fagan had operation few weeks ago and should be back playing mid January.
Micheal Paton has a scan coming up for problem with knee will have to wait and see what happens with that.
Liam Fagan they’re still waiting to find out about his injury from last week.

Watching the highlights it looks like we were lucky it was only 1 goal. They hit the post twice. Not good.

Definitely lucky it was only one goal before we started playing with 15 mins left.

Given our list of injuries to top players, result not too surprising. At least we have 2 weeks to get some of them get back to fitness. Next week’s two games will be interesting!

A difficult result, but a tough ask given the growing injury list.
We came to life in the last 15/20 minutes, but an equaliser evaded us and the Forfar keeper made some decent saves to protect their lead.
Thanks to the small band of Rovers fans who made the trip to Angus. Was also good to see all of the injured players (including Liam Fagan) in attendance. That kind of togetherness will be important if we’re to climb the league.

Forfar coming to life just when we've got away from them. Annan too have picked up. It's a real dogfight. Every game is a cup tie, so we don't need to be in any Cup competition.

Agree Alasdair that we are in a battle at the bottom with a few clubs, including Bonnyrigg. Disagree about the cup though. Proceeding into the fourth round would have brought much needed revenue, some of which could have been used to strengthen the squad for the league campaign.

I just hope that the free Saturday last weekend and the pretty much certain free Saturday this weekend due to tundra in the Coatbridge and indeed much wider area allows the overwhelming majority of injured players to recover for the Annan match.
