How many other managers would continue with a record of won 4 drawn 5 lost 9 and a goal average of minus 8. Out of all cups early doors.

As a Rovers sympathiser, rather than fan, I thought the better team by far lost. I must admit I'm getting rather frustrated / bored with this happening almost every week. Hats off to Dolan who I thought did well today - his best game. We just have zero threat from corners - had about 11 or 12 today ! - when we really should have with two of the biggest guys on the park every week. Wasn't there chat with some kid from Killie coming in ? Noticed their manager, Derek McInnes was in attendance today. Their number 7 was completely useless and a total cheat - but he was the guy laughing going down the tunnel ! Biggest game in a VERY long time next Saturday.

The BBC say we had 47% possession, 12 shots to Dumbos 3, 2 shots on target to Dumbos 3, 12 corners to Dumbos 4 and 17 fouls each. We gained 4 yellow cards and Dumbo were shown 5.

The manager has had half of a season to get a striker in. He picks the team. Hopefully has tactics. Has to kick backsides when needed. Make changes when needed. Failed on all accounts. Time to go. And if Charlie Reilly goes in January, good riddance. Talented, yes but also a huffy, lazy big head. Don't know how much more of this guff I'm prepared to pay for. Dismal. The manager will have been looking for strikers all season I know of one he contacted through a mutual acquaintance who went down to the lower levels because he was offered more. So I put it to you how can we compete and get players in when clubs in the lowland league pay there players more even clubs in West of Scotland and East of Scotland for that matter pay there players more than we can afford , we won't get a better manager for the budget we have especially A pro Licence manager , there are very good strikers in lowland and junior football but to get them we would need to pay a fee to get them so where would this money come from if you think its so simple to bring a striker in or any player to be honest ??

Gutted…. again I’m afraid. It is the same old story so no need to go over what has already been said. Still convinced we are a far better team than the league position shows but the confidence of the guys must be taking a hit with every game that goes against them. I was asked today why there was no changes with substitutes my answer was the guys who are on the bench wouldn’t have made a difference… I’m not sure if that’s correct as I haven’t seen many of them play. Rumour has it we have spent a bit of money on a front man, time will tell, but if it’s true I hope he starts with a hat trick next week

Also think we need to take into consideration how many injuries we have had to deal with lately too and having players like sean fagan missing arguably one of our best players also missing the experience of Michael paton it all adds up.

I think it's starting to become a dillusional idea that things are going to change under the management team
We do play good football and dominate games but we don't score goals, his tactics are unfortunately predictable and countered as shown with annans half time change in formation leading to 5 goals last week
13 games we have lost in 90 mins in all competitions this season, 10 we have lost by one goal
If's, but's and maybe's will get us relegated unfortunately.
To say there is noone out there who could do better or any different is silly
His clear not liking players so refusing to play them also gets to me
Not 1 sub used today? If they aren't good enough 1-0 down at home then get rid of them
I dont have any bad thoughts towards Brian but it's not working, time is up
Fear of somthing bad happenning by changing the manager when we are bottom is rediculos
A new management philosophy, new ideas, and a new striker hopfully announced tomorrow might be a good thing

Having said that it does give me hope (and ultimately it's the hope that kills you I know) but this current team is head and shoulders above any of Brogan's utter dross. As everyone else has said (for months) we need a striker and soon. Yeah it'll cost, but what will be the cost of not getting one? I think we all know the answer. Quick mention too for Blair Malcolm who has been great and was great again today. Charlie gets lots of plaudits, rightly so, but Blair covered every blade of grass/piece of mud today.

Please screw the bunnet, everyone. Rovers overall playing well. A new striker will make a huge difference. We’ve been here before and not had such a good team. Only8 points between us and 3rd position. Past 5 games - East Fife lost 4/5 , Stenny lost 4/5 Apart from Dumbarton and Stirling Albion the league is still really tight. Oh and a Happy New Year everybody

Happy New Year everyone !
I have to be honest I must have missed this really good team that a lot of people say we have.
Sure we can knock the ball about a bit at times but there is zero end product. Ever.
I see a team devoid of ideas and confidence, unable to score and in freefall to the Lowland league.
I like Brian Reid as a person but I can guarantee you that his record this season would have seen him sacked from any other team in Scotland.
There is a big difference between being loyal to a manager and being blind to what's unfolding in front of you.
All this talk of what other manager could we get and it's not our fault we can't afford a striker is utter defeatist claptrap.
Personally I'd give home 3 more games but the more I think about it defeat next Saturday would be it for me.

Getting more and more worried from afar down here.
I know there appears to be an annual fight to stave off relegation but am not over optimistic at the moment.
Let's hope results start improving.

It’s obvious the manager has lost the support of the fan and after talking to people after the match and reading the forum it’s clear the board need to clear up and leave as they have proved they aren’t fit for purpose and they’re the reason alongside the manager that the club are in grave danger of falling into oblivion and in my opinion the fans and volunteers deserve so much better than the absolute streaming pile of s***e being served up by the current custodians of ARFC

Team playing well, but needs a centre forward. 2023, it would appear we have a centre forward. Let's support him, the rest of the players, management and board. Foward togeher.
