Are you in the camp that thinks the manager has to go, or the camp that thinks it's too late in the season and would be counter-productive?

I'm on the fence.  Not sure that either is a good option....but it's one or the other.

Is there a better manager with half a dozen battle hardened players ready to come in? Cause if there isn't I'm not really sure what the point is now. If a change was the answer this needed to be done before the January window.

It doesn't matter anymore. It's too late for either and possibly to late to save us from the drop.
