I think a bit of background into the reserves might help people understand it better Since taking charge of the Reserves, Graeme Liveston has provided 22 players to the First Team who have played a minimum of 5 games and a further 9 who have also played in First Team games (not just being on the bench); He has brought 4 of our current First team players to the club - Joe Bevan, Barry Duncan, Sean Fagan and Adam Fernie - a number of others who played regularly in League 2 (Jamie Leslie, Kyle Docherty, Lewis Wilson, etc), while this season’s Reserves group has provided No.2 goalkeeper Fraser Walker (18), Kai McMenemy (17), Cha Henderson (19) and Adam McArthur(18) for occasional appearances and the bench. There are also several young Reserves who are expected to make similar progress. There is not an appropriate league for these players to play in and games against ‘adult’ teams is more beneficial to the players and more relevant to the manager to make judgements regarding their development. This system - which is not an expensive undertaking - continues to bear fruit. He didn't bring Barry Duncan, Adam Mccarthur, cha henderson or Fraser walker to the club From what I understand it was Graham who did sign the above players from local clubs in the community

The links with the 21s and 19s were very productive, he says, at that time.

Another example of why the club needs fresh thinking at Boardroom level. I know the folk there try their best but I don’t see any point in having a reserve team if this is how it’s run. Beware of what you wish for.....`fresh thinking at Boardroom level`.........an apocalyptic change may be coming..... You love a teasing statement Rovergrant. 10 days and no apocalyptic change. What happened? Ronnie
