Whit!! You mean the Board of Directors can't control the weather.
This is a disgrace.
After 40 years supporting the club, that's it I'm burning my scarf and not coming back.
Merry Christmas all!

It is disappointing though that Rovers is the only SPFL game off

Yip thats true the board cant control the weather,,,,but neither can any other board yet all the other games seem to be on. If your going to burn your season ticket just remember to do it outside the stadium as we have a wooden stand and it could go up in flames,,,but dont do it on the hill either please as its difficult to police that area and you also run the risk of being injured by the unstable wall which could topple and injure yourself or even worse the wall could collapse and cause a major landslide which could bury the hallowed ground forever.

Good to see a bit of humour on here right enough. Look forward to a frighteningly cold Tuesday evening in Coatbridge for the rearranged game. Might stand at the terracing behind the goal - just to get used to the view I'll have at the Celtic game, ha!

Aye greetin and moanin only then fire an ultimatum that if the demands aren't met then refuse to go back. Instead of 393 attendance at the next home game there will be 392. That'll show 'em

Build a wall at the back of the ground Donald Trump style and make the residents of Albion Street pay for it. If not I'm chucking the Rovers

If you want to talk about building walls make sure them organising it can have a mixer and other tools required to get it built on time rather than weeks of messing about . Heads up 😉 All about the rovers MFRSC

There are some valid points here most of which have been covered before. This is yet another blank Saturday for Rovers with the loss of much needed revenue which will never be recompensed with a Tuesday night fixture.
I think it has already been established that the drainage at Cliftonhill is inadequate. I think it has also been confirmed that to rectify this will be costly which means this is unlikely to be the last time when we see Rovers as the only senior game postponed in Scotland.
There are some big decisions to be made on the back of this Celtic Cup Tie. Do we keep the bank manager at bay by making a payment towards out ever increasing debt or do we try and make improvements to a ground and pitch that are slowly but surely dying.
