I'm just looking online at our team list today ..... and there's the name McGuigan amongst the substitutes. Has Mark returned to the Rovers??

Apologies - its Liam McGuigan from the development squad. 1-0 Rovers - Looks like another hard fought win. Hope D7 will be on with a full report - you just got in before me! One of the handicaps of not being at Cliftonhill so often.

D7 should make a career of reporting - excellent stuff - factual with a sense of humour

I was about to second this motion but while he was always excellent for us, especially in his second spell (the championship season), Marc is three years older now and Stirling will have released him for a reason. He's sadly probably no longer up to it.

Likewise, I think he would still do a job for rovers. Still a decent return for Stirling albion.

He's sadly probably no longer up to it. You may be correct - but I'd happily bring him on board as an impact sub. He was highly praised by the Stirling fans on pie... Apparently he was still training with us when he played with Elgin, and stays local I think. If he does come back he will join the illustrious company of Beast and Chappie to return three times. (Anyone else returned three times before ? )

I don't think so Grant. He scored up at Stenhousemuirsville in his last game for the Rovers when we beat East Stirling 5-1 and everything was okay that day. I remember his grandfather wasn't well at the time and that seemed to be having an impact - understandably so.
As Tee said he trained with the Rovers last year so sounds like things are all good. I think he would be great as an impact sub if he still has that wee burst of pace. Plus he's built like a tank and hard as nails. We could do with some of that at times.

. I wish him every success in the future, aside from one remaining fixture this season
Quote from the article would suggest he is signing for a team that has played stirling albion 3 times this season
