A hugely likeable chairman and a lovely Gordon Lind........, this isn't a hatchet job that can sometimes be written about teams such as us. Click here to read it!

Great article and no real surprise on the money front. Good to have the cash bonus and someone sensible in charge this time round.

Exactly, Jim, the Chairman`s post has been like a revolving door now for the past few years. Stability needed and with Ronnie in place we have it

Good article hope everyone enjoys the day and especially pleased for Ronnie Boyd. A wee eye opener for Rovers fans who love to put their head in the sand when it comes to the club's finances. The fans should be under no illusions the money generated from this game buys the club some valuable time. Difficult decisions lie ahead which may prove to be unpopular.
Hers hoping for a replay

A really good read. Once again reminds us how fragile some of our senior clubs are. Not really into the politics of Scottish football, but something needs to be done by those 'in power' to attract people through the turnstiles. What? I don't know?

Spot on Bucky, a replay would be great. Ronnie is pretty candid in the interview. The money buys some time but that's it.

A really good read. Once again reminds us how fragile some of our senior clubs are. Not really into the politics of Scottish football, but something needs to be done by those 'in power' to attract people through the turnstiles. What? I don't know? 1. Fixed entry fee across the leagues of £18/15/12/10 for home and away fans - half price for all concessions. 2. All SPFL games (except replays and postponements) to be scheduled for Saturdays at 3pm. 3. Small grants/funding for (particularly part-time) clubs who are active in their local communities (as people at ARFC and other clubs are) on a volunteer basis. We have sunk so low that those simple suggestions are seen as "fantasy land"!

Common sense and no reason why 1 and 3 shouldn't happen. 2 won't due to the cash cow that is TV money unfortunately.

Read that the other day too. Very good interview with Ronnie which emphasises how important the money from this game is to the Club.
