Can Saturdays game be labelled as a '6-pointer'?

A win is needed. Lose and we will be a point off bottom. 2-1 Rovers, Ross Stewart with the winner

Have to comment on the history of this League encounter over the 4 seasons we've been in the same league(including this season) since the 11/12 season:-
Rovers - 8 wins Draws - 3 Stenny - 2 wins
Stenny seem to be one of the teams we've always worked out a way to beat.
With that in mind it comes as no surprise that I'll predict a 2-0 victory to the MIGHTY 'Vers tomorrow!!!

I'm dragging myself from my deathbed to go to the game so it better be 3 points! I'll take 2-0 Rovers or a cure for man flu today please.

Any team news, injuries etc etc ? Grant, Very difficult to post accurate team news and any related injuries prior to a game. I appreciate it would be great for supporters but it’s challenging for many reasons. I am happy to do a weekly summary if you feel it would add value. Most teams in this league have the same issues with squads, we have quite a large squad and can pull players from the development team as we did last week, the game today will be about fielding our strongest team. Stenny beat us away from home last game, but have had indifferent results recently, our average competition profile is win, draw and lose and although this is an average we are due for a win today. We finished strongly against Peterhead, but as I have said before this league is all about consistency, what we should recognise from today’s fixtures if they are not all draws is an idea of where the struggles will be in terms of any relegation battle, a win for us will be a huge plus. Dave, you should go into politics. That was a top class exercise in saying nothing in as many words as possible!

Pish. Just as well we have a good defence. Midfield 'in absentia', including Fisher, who had a shocker but seems immune from criticism. A point was a miracle, but much more fight needed. Stenhousemuir walked all over us in the second half. Oh well!

We were abject in the second half - sitting in from half time in our own half, when we should have been going for second goal to kill off game.I don't blame fisher - blame lies with Ferry and Davidson for their poor distribution. With the squad we have - we should be doing a lot better and finishing teams off.

Poor. One way stuff in second half. Missed opportunity with the way other results have gone. Badly need a victory but won't get it playing like that.
