Longest trip for next season gone and a great trip up to the home of the bridie to replace it - excellent.
All we need now is Brechin to finish the job against Alloa today and gain promotion to the Championship.
Shaping up to be a great League 1 next season with plenty of excellent away trips - Ayr, Airdrie, Alloa, QP, Raith Rovers, Arbroath & Forfar.

Have to disagree with Prof, and for the first time (I don't think).
Just moving to penalty shoot out!.
I say Alloa should go up. I do not care what anybody says, plastic pitches do not provide a surface for football, it look like football but it is not. Brechin have a nice pitch, if farmers cannae grow a lawn there is something wrong somewhere, better for football players.
Incidentally, what a good player Ally Love is, he has looked good in what I have seen of the BBC Alba programme. But what an irritating s....
Brechin just ahead, oh dear, visit the plastic pitch, damn!

I watched this game on BBC Alba & it was a right cracker - 7 goals in 120 or so minutes + 8 penalties, end to end play, though Alloa seemed to have more possession, Brechin matched them for taking chances. I have friends living in Arbroath, so may be having both bridies & smokies!
