One of the best attacking displays I've seen from the Rovers in a long time, young Connor thoroughly deserved his hat trick, especially showing great composure for his second, agree with all comments about fish, he his definitely back to his best, 2 very sloppy goals to concede, but, it is virtually a new back line, apart from reidy, so it will take time for it to gel, any idea when Marr will be back to full fitness? Anyways, really looking forward to tuesday night derby vs Accies, 3 points puts us in serious contention for the last 16

Disappointed to have been working this weekend so missed this fantastic win. By all accounts we were superb. Good to see things starting to come together. We look to have real quality up front for the first time in a while, rather than relying on one or two individuals. Excited for the start of the League season now regardless of what happens against Hamilton and QOS this week. I think we are going to turn a few heads this season.

Enjoyed Saturday immensely, watching the Rovers going forward is better than playing deep, deep, deep.
Agree with comments about the players above, Fisher terrific, young Connor Shields looks slight but could hold his own, and he was absolutely chuffed with each goal. Bit sorry for McMillan/McMillin (which is it?) and his OG, not much he could do about it.
Thought we had a shout, after EK major effort against QOS, they had to be knackered, and they did change their team about, Barry not playing was a disappointment, thought after the great start, we sat back and let them come at us, we should have gone for them, 2nd half good start, blip 2 goals lost, then back on song. We were going forward with a bit of panache, good to watch, could have scored at least a few more.
Do think with such a young, fairly sparse, squad, we will have good days and bad days, so give the team/players a break when they have a bad day, learning experience for a lot of them.
Sets us up nicely for Accies match, fighting chance of getting out of group.

Watching the highlights it was an even better performance than I remembered Indeed David. Some cracking play and great goals. EK didn't help themselves though with some woeful defensive errors!!
