Great game by the sounds of it, well done Rovers on another great Result, but rovers need to tighten up abit, hamilton put 4 past us tonight, but Rovers got the extra point on pens.

I'm never going on holiday again! Missed 5 goals at EK and then tonight as well. If people want to crowd fund me; I'll stay here in Spain so that the Vers continue this journey to glory.

I am seriously considering ending my non-illustrious cricket career. Was playing in Edinburgh and missed this epic. This Rovers team is starting to look very promising indeed. Superb!!!!!

A fair measure of justice was done when we gained a draw and then a bonus point in the shoot out. When Accies went 2-1 up just before the break , I thought that was it and we would have an honourable defeat - but their sheer endeavour and workmanship paid off in a great performance against Premier League opposition remember - not a Stranraer or a Berwick Rangers ! Looks set for a cracker at Dumfries - the TV cameras should be there not at Tynecastle !

Best team in lanarkshire, we're the best team in lanarkshire... utterly brilliant and justice as well. Hope Victoria is ok!

Cracking result. Great confidence for the boys and management. Missed game due to working late shift, typical. Keep it up rovers. Sounds like a classic.

Deserved result for Vers - Trouten was immense. Our goalie made two tremendous saves from the pens - outstanding
Only downside - Vitoria getting a sore one (why did the ref not call a foul for that?)
Also we were really soft at the back - conceding goals from set pieces.

Brilliant performance tonight - didn't look like there was 2 leagues between us at any given time.We were full of desire, skill and commitment from the off.

We would have all taken that result beforehand. And what a way to do it!!
Superb last kick of the match and the extra point was a bonus!

What a game - 3 of the best goals I've seen at Cliftonhill for many a long season - Donati's for Hamilton, Trouten's 3rd and of course Ross's last gasp equalizer - how many times have we seen a Rovers player in that position fail to apply the finish!
I too though we would struggle in the 2nd half after losing our lead - but what a response to come back 3 times. And the penalty shoot out - really felt for the keeper last week when he saved 3 but ended up on the losing side. His 2nd save last night was breathtaking tipping a well struck shot round the post at full stretch.
Brilliant stuff - lets hope that it's not all for nothing and that we can get enough in Dumfries to progress in this competition.

Superb performance really followed on from Saturday a terrible penalty decision cancelled out by some brilliant play by the boys, and some justice in winning the penalty shootout ,a very tough game away to Queen of the South but who knows ?
