It takes half an hour to get there. What is the point in leaving so early, surely must be putting people off going on the bus?

Just in case of traffic problems, visit to pub and of course the Hampden experience of getting through the one open turnstile. You also need to factor in the visit to first aid after seeing the price of a pie! Simples! ;-)

We allow half an hour in case of any traffic problems and another half hour to allow folk to have a pre-match drink in a local bar. Don't think this is very unreasonable and the majority of regular travellers on the coach have no issue with this arrangement. Also - we did actually get caught up in traffic on the M74 yesterday afternoon and didn't actually arrive at Hampden Park until well after 2.00pm.

Well I left 20 minutes after the bus and got there at the same time, driver not knowing where he was going me thinks

Each to their own. If folk didn't like the conditions under which the bus was run I'm sure they'd soon make their own arrangements. I'm happy to go with the flow, alot bigger problems in life than leaving 20-30 mins early. Always a well organised trip in my opinion.
