I think we will be stronger in the second half, 2-1

This is turning out to be a bad day, 3-0 down in the first half.

Pretty awful with us and the ref trying to outdo each other in the crap stakes. Just don't try and blame the pitch! At least we're away next week.

Shambolic, abject performance today and wondered if it written in contracts-that if you previously played for Clyde-Sean Higgins being the exception-you are guaranteed a game every week . Michael McMillan is a far better option at left back and why not try Mike Hopkins as an alternative if not going to play Michael there,as he has sweet left foot and good engine to get up and down the park.We seem to only be able to play one way-and when it's good,it's a joy to watch, however we sadly lack ideas to cut open organised teams like Stranraer today.

Dearie me. To be fair we were absolutely dire.
The ref was bad but the Rovers defence was worse. First Stranraer goal looked offside. I thought the 2 penalties were fair enough. Quite what Jase thought he was doing when he made the tackle for the second penalty only he knows.
This wasn't a bad day at the office, it was a lot worse than that. Brian has us playing some nice stuff. I like the high defensive line but when you've no pace at the back and you're up against some quick forwards then it ain't going to end well. We were caught out twice before we lost the first goal so it could have been more than 4!!
Only real Rovers chance fell to Trouten in the first half who volleyed over. Apart from that, hee haw really. Thank God we're away next week.
Did I mention we were dire?

Never made it today due to work. Thank God. Couldn't believe it when I heard the score on the wireless. The weather's taking a turn for the worse so we need to hope the home postponements kick in soon.

All the good work from the last two away games undone in 45 minutes. Very disappointing I thought our players chucked it after the 3rd goal. Have to say was very impressed with Stranraer - quite a physical team and quick on the break.
For anyone who didn't go to the game and reading these comments don't be fooled by comments of poor refereeing or the state of the pitch. That is simply cover for a totally inept performance.

Big shifts in consistency for some reason, good players don’t become bad overnight, Airdrie got beat today from East Fife and they got mugged from Queens Park, are Stranraer that good or we bad, too many off days? Not sure, only time will tell.

A disaster, but also for all other home teams in the division. Does this mean more turmoil 'New Rover'?

Oh and I thought that the only Rover to do well was Ferry. Anyway, panic not team; forget today and get back on it. Shit happens; move on quickly. Unless 'New Rover' has any better ideas? I'd love to hear then...

Crowd was 353 today I think? Not the best. Not much on show to tempt folk back either.
It was an odd performance and a wee bit lack of discipline at times too. Holmer's booking was for blocking a quick free kick. To be fair the Stranraer guy just rattled the ball off him, but Holmer ran at him deliberately. WTF was that all about?
As for Jase, he does like a sliding tackle. He got booked against QoS for similar and today's red was as stick on a red as you'll ever see. Just no need to make that tackle.

Best just to forget today. Stranraer were excellent and totally deserved to win: they outplayed us from start to finish. Move on to next week.
