Need a win and we will win. 2.1 rovers. Dunlop and an OG to secure the points.

I think it will be a hard game on Saturday, and with that I'm going to go with a tight 1-0 Rovers win.

It's only been a few weeks since we battered them 4-1. They lost a few days later by 4-1 to Peterhead but they've won 3 in a row since then. Their good run has to come to an end sometime and it's bound to be tomorrow. 1-0 to the Rovers, setting us up nicely for the derby match next week.

Another BIG game for Rovers tomorrow.
Our record against Brechin this season is mightily impressive - 9 points from 9, 8 goals scored & just 1 conceded.
Therefore, despite their recent "revival", I fully expect us to claim victory.
2-0 to the MIGHTY 'Vers!!!

Be a hard game, they beat airdrie last week, I go for a win for rovers, but a point will be good.

Brechin have come to life lately, hope for a Rovers win but would not be surprised by an away win.
Over the next few weeks, we have to play, among others, Brechin, Cowedenbeath and Forfar. Some teams seem to relish relegation pressure, these three teams are fighting for their lives and will be no push overs.
Only 7 games to go, moving into nerve shredding times.

Bad score line today, letting in bad goals at wrong time.

Rovers one up at Brechin at half time lose 2-1.
Brechin win, Forfar win, Cowdenbeath lost and drop to bottom, suddenly very tight at bottom. 8 points ahead of 9th place.
Nerve shredding time!

Despite the optimistic predictions yesterdays result was really no surprise.
Brechin are on an upwards trajectory and we have have won 2 out of 14 which is anything but play off form.
To be honest I wont be overly disappointed when the play off talk regarding Rovers is finally put to rest and I think it will be in the next few weeks.
It's been a great season but we need to consolidate our league status and look towards building for next season.
Our lack of goals have been our downfall this season so a striker will be the number one priority in the close season.

The message board has been eerily quiet since yesterday- I wasn't at the game but that was a poor result given we took the lead. Our problem is we don't have the goals in the team to finish games off. Instead of marching to play off place we looks as if we are going to limp to the end of the season.
The time to tell how our season has gone is after the last game of the season, the January transfer window did not work out well for the manager- eager to get rid of Gemmell, no replacement signed and a reliance on the ineffectual Barrowman who is now out for the rest of the season
