An operating loss of £177,000 up to June 2015. Ouch!
On the bright side it looks like the issue of new shares will be discussed.

It would be interesting to find out how many clubs in Scoland are also trading at a loss, maybe if we knew his we would really understand how bad things are in general in Scottish Football.....how will it change with crowds on the slide, and the quality dipping in football, I don't think its just us that have worries.

The data protection caveat on club accounts is where? I don't know if there is...but I am surprised the Club made this information available to the public? They didn`t ! It was disseminated to Shareholders, who in my opinion should keep this information private and amongst shareholders only.

Thank You for clearing that up Rovergrant, I thought only the Club could release that inofrmation, I had no idea a shareholder could do that .

Charlie, I believe a shareholder can do what he / she wishes with the information. But, as I said, in my opinion, at least headline figures, with no words of explanation should not - at least until after the AGM - be bandied about in the public domain

It's going to come out sooner or later and lets be honest we all knew it was not going to be pleasant.
If anyone honestly thinks part time players at Rovers level will somehow be demotivated by reading of Rovers financial woes then I think they are misguided.
There are many fans on here would love to have shares in Rovers but have been unable to do so due to reasons well documented on here previously so its nonsense to say this information should be for shareholders only.
We shouldn't be comparing our financial results against other clubs as it deflects from the fact that despite 3 cup ties and live TV games against The Rangers in recent seasons bad financial decisions have contributed to these results.
The time for burying our heads in the sand is over.Fans of other clubs have done this in the past and by the time they realise the extent of their clubs predicament they are out of business.
Some biq questions to be asked at the AGM and some even bigger answers will be required.

Without breaking any shareholder confidentiality, I think those who are interested in a wider distribution of shares, be they old `dead` shares or some form of new isues will not be disappointed.
